Enthusiastic couple of guys, but lazy. 4 out of 5 visits to this location have been a waste of time. From counting out their registers prematurely, to not having product in stock, to system issues(likely a store-wide network problem) that hinders customer purchases. And I’m sure these are just a small example of customer contention for ‘The Shack’. Before dealing w this place, I highly suggest you first search Amazon. I can at least guarantee Amazon’s customer service will be worlds above RadioSlack. Good luck!

Great service and everyone is really attentive & helpful towards customers and not lounging and«hanging out» like a lot of other Radioshacks I’ve seen in the past Its probably due to the staff being there for a long while
