I don’t really write reviews but seriously Best service ever. I called a few other companies trying to get someone to come over to fix the Ac ASAP in this sudden heat. Vincent was helpful and he actually picked up the phone! I was desperate because the company I called before flaked on me. For a reasonable fee, Vincent offered to come by and work with my busy schedule last minute. He also explained the situation and fixed the whole problem with in the hour. Just amazing. Did I mention that he came on time?! Never going to call anyone else.

I recently moved in to my new apartment. I was thrilled until i realized the heater was not working. Unfortunately for me I had to fix it at my own cost. However, after several searches I came across Joe Major’s website. As soon as I called them I had a good feeling about them. The technician was very friendly and transparent about the cost. They even gave me a teacher discount. I rarely write any reviews but I was so pleased with the service that I felt it was the right thing to do. Thanks guys for all your help.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Joe Major. Our heater was blowing out cold air and as a parent of an 11 ½ month old I had to get that fixed ASAP. Joe Major came and fixed our heater for a great price. Frank and Joe were very friendly, informative and professional. I would definitely recommend their services to others.

My A/C stopped working and I couldn’t figure out why, so I called Joe Major because I read most of the reviews said they were pretty good and not too expensive. I got to say they were AWESOME. Not only did the technician fix my A/C but he also adjusted the position of it because he said the person who installed it before didn’t do it right and that I wasn’t maximizing it’s full potential. Best part was he didn’t charge me for the adjustment and he was able to diagnose the problem within 15 minutes. I really like how informative the technician was and he most definitely came across as an honest guy. I’ve already told my friends about them and they just won a loyal customer! Oh they also have a 15% discount for new customers so extra bonus points for that.

Joe didn’t come to the house as I was out of the area but he actually talked me through what the problem might be and how to go about fixing it. He was friendly, knowledgable and answered all my questions. Even though he did not do the work he helped me considerably so … 5 stars for Joe Major Appliance Repair. Service is what is all about.
