I’m really glad we have advanced as a society and Sriracha appears to be the ubiquitous hot sauce of choice these days acting as a ketchup for some to zip up food. You see friends, for years in North America it appeared(as I was growing up) that Tobasco had the hot sauce market cornered. In my humble opinion Tobasco really is crap and I’m glad you don’t really see it around much these days! In California Tapatio is king on Mexican food and Sriracha is seen in many Asian restaurants as a condiment. For me Sriracha is primarily used as a condiment in Vietnamese food. Mixing a porcelain spoon with half Sriracha — half hoisin then dipping your noodles as you eat phở is an art form and one way I love to wolf down a big bowl. Or when having a Bun– Vermecelli. It’s a great way to add some extra zip to that meal. Now they have Sriracha flavoured popcorn and Sriracha women’s pumps. What will they think of next???

Oh my dear Sriracha how do I love the? Let me count the ways! Would I love you on my eggs? Could I love you on my eggs? Should I love you in my soup? How I love you on my soup! Did I miss you on my noodles? Not a chance you are crucial! Do I love you on my burrito ? How I DO love you on my burrito! Tuna salad incomplete? With you my my side no room to compete! How many times do I see you a day? I see you once at least and maybe even twice a day! I look forward to the day they offer you in packets along with ketchup, mustard, and mayo you have become an american staple. My best friend Huy Fong Sriracha has a place right beside them. I have been using this product for years. Before it ever became popular … Often imitated but no one can hold a candle to Huy Fong’s Sriracha I always have a bottle of you or two at my house. I asked a CFP for stock options years ago he thought I was crazy… but I was correct ! Your popularity has now soared to where there are now t-shirts and socks with your beloved logo. TOLD. YA. SO. Ahh yes The Sriracha Sauce! The Chinese strike gold again! The sauce that unites the world! We all love it, Mexicans put it in our Caldos, Asians on there rice, blacks on there chicken & white people on there French fries & Wraps! Tho our nalga holes might not like it & most of us will suffer as we sit on the toilet & feel the burn yelling WHYWHYGODOHWHY? But in the famous words of DJ Quick(from the song Tonite) «The next day we’re doing the same OL sh#t again». As soon as I get my Caldo De Res or Abondigas it’s on baby I’m putting that Sriracha Sauce right on it with no hesitation & no regret! And guess what, it’s HEALTY for you! Yes I saw it on Dr. Oz, he said that Sriracha sauce helps clear you’re arteries WHATWHAT? Dude & you know the great OZ never lies! So there you go, tho my butt hole might not like it my taste buds do & the richest doctor in the world said its good for me so I will continue to put it in my food. Thank you Sriracha Sauce for making my Caldos taste better.
