Stopped in to get something for a friend, couldn’t make up my mind. The sales associates help was out of this world, like she was a Martian. She went above and beyond, and did it all with a smile… made me wish I had more time to shop.

Service here is HORRIBLE. The women who work here are beyond rude. I have been to other BCBG locations but this one is by far the worst. They are not helpful in helping you find what you are looking for. The manager is beyond rude and just not a people person. Why work in retail if you do not care to deal with people? It is an outlet store so it will always be busy but the girls working here should still take the time to help the customer. I feel like everyone is just forced to work here. Avoid it.

Being the first to review this store is almost a blessing from the universe. It allows me to put a fair warning out into the world to all my fellow BCBG fans and fashionistas alike.
This store staff and management is absolutely HORRIBLE!
I looooove this line and have been a loyal customer for a very long time. I shop online, at all their stores and also in other department stores. Everyone has always been lovely… Except here.
Been here at-​least a dozen times and not once has the service or the staff has been good. The manager is rude, unwilling to help and her staff is pretentious and ignorant.
They talk about customers and whisper and giggle behind everyone’s back literally. I’ve seen them on two different occasions going behind a curtain in fitting rooms to giggle about customers trying stuff on. Horrible. The manager is too busy standing Puckering her lips to really care. What a nasty representation of the line and the fashion outlet really.
It’s sad. I’m so over coming here, I would rather pay more than to revisit such a shallow store. Until the entire staff has been changed, I really don’t care to go.
Girls watch out for the catty giggles and and up and down looks here. They dish it out in full force.
