Fashion Outlets of Chicago

Not that many great deals for an «outlet» and the phone reception isn’t good at all! I never have service in here… but other than that they have a lot of high end brands and stores which is refreshing from other local malls/​outlets.

Inside mall with the best high end brand name boutiques and big department stores on the corners Neiman, Saks, and Bloomingdales. Easy to get to big parking lot for free with light system very comfortable! I love shopping here!

My sister is in town and she wanted to do some serious shopping. The location is a little confusing because there ware a lot of turns just to get off the highway. Then, the parking is packed and it was hard for me to figure out how to get to the upper levels. Luckily one car pulled out on the main level.
There are some expensive stores and some reasonably price stores. When they have huge sales like 50−70% entire stores though, you get a really good deal. I wasn’t there to buy anything so I stood outside of the store most of the time. I think this mall needs more seating because I could not find many benches. I also think they need more food stalls spread out throughout the store.
This mall overall is great. My family each found something and all of their clothes were heavily discounted. It was a worthy trip to the mall. Next time, I just need to come full.

I’m very frugal and the only few times I came here, I had such an adventure checking out stores I never heard of or always wanted to visit without going online… kind of like FOSSIL because I only buy their wallets but this store has so much to offer… my tips are: come here during the week day… don’t expect to park on the first 2 floors unless there’s more than 15 spots available&Expect an empty wallet. I recommend that Chicago place in the food court to eat… food’s pricey but it will fill you up, in love with their hot cajun fries!

It’s not a regular outlet mall. It’s very clean, modern and not to crowde! The best time to go is during the week. A lot of high end stores then in a regular outlet mall, so don’t expect it to be cheap!
Tip: is kind of hat in there, so leave your coat in a car, also they have a lot of parking and it’s free.
I enjoyed shopping here! I will recommend to my friends!

I think this is my favorite Outlet mall. Every single high end fashion brand store all located in one mall. Who could ask for anything more. Plus department store outlets. Like seriously. Why are there not more outlet malls like this elsewhere!!! This was probably my favorite thing about my trip to Chicago. The end.

For a high-​end fashion purchase this is one of the best places in mid-​west. Almost all of the high priced fashion brands are available. There are also department stores like bloomingdales’ to choose from. I love that they have light assisted parking system for effective fast parking and also its FREE!
A must visit place for all fashionistas!

Some great stores here. Parking is state of the art with red and green light indicators above the spaces so you know when one is free/​open. Parking is free. Inside is pretty modern and clean with lots of different stores to choose from varying from high end to mass. Prada, Moncler, Gucci, Burberry, Joes Jeans, All Saints, J Crew, Banana, Clarkes, Gap etc. They also have a decent foodcourt. Definitely worth a visit if you are an avid shopper!

This mall is so busy on the weekend but they still have parking. That can’t be that bad. This mall had many stores and still growing and they are Free Parking!!! They even offer buses from/​to airport for people on layover. Lol~ prices are pretty high here but hey you get what you pay for. Food court has different type of food. That’s good.
Oh, they could use another starbucks, they line is so long sometime. Talking about lines, in weekends there’s always lines to get into popular stores. Prepar yourself and have fun shopping!

One word — wow!
We stayed in the Rosemont area for our holiday trip to Chicago and had heard about this mall and decided to explore.
The top floor is the mack daddy of designer stores and the lower floor is the «regular» stores. There is something for everyone and make sure to take time to visit all of the options.
It does have a nice looking food court with a lot of options.
Parking is free and I absolutely love the green/​red system to locate parking spots. I wish all establishments would do this system.

This is a fine outlet, but like most outlets, not all the stores are outlets.
These are mostly high end stores… I had an okay time, but limited amount of time. I think this would obviously serve the local population more than travelers such as myself.
I would visit again if in the area, but allow more time.

I’m not crazy about this mall. About the only thing I like is they don’t charge for parking anymore. That was kind of a mistake on the part of developers. I mean who’s going to go somewhere to buy expensive overpriced merchandise then have to pay for parking of top of it. So at least they don’t charge for parking anymore.
The Quicksilver store is going out of business in 10 days, better hurry ONLY 10 DAYS. Everything is 60−80% off. WOW what a deal $ 150.00 shorts that’s right $ 150.00 for only $ 30.00.. Oh yeah I snapped up all of those $ 30.00 shorts (NOT). I don’t understand why they’re going out of business.

The outlet is walking distance from the blue line behind the Rosemont theatre. The stores are upscale upstairs, and they are what you would expect downstairs. They even had roped lines to get into some of the high-​end stores which was confusing because there wasn’t that many people or a sale. Overall a nice clean mall that you can kill time at before a show or a flight. However, not where I would go to do some shopping in Chicago. I would rather go to the Mag Mile for making lines and having no sales.

If it weren’t for the All Saints and the L.K. Bennett stores, I would have a difficult time giving this outlet mall more than 1 star. Since they do have these 2 stores, which are thankfully NOT as popular to the masses as Tory Burch and Gucci, where there are lines to get in that can last up to an hour and when I’ve been, were 45 minutes long, for a non-​holiday day, I wouldn’t ever go again. This was my 2^nd visit and I swore after the crazy sardine can experience, I would never return, All Saints and L.K. Bennett tempted me back. I think the reason being that of all the outlets, and 99.99% of them sell exclusively outlet merchandise that has never seen the light of day of their traditional stores — All Saints and L.K. Bennett have some of the same merchandise as items seen in their Michigan Avenue stores.
That said, if looking for a bargain on great quality merchandise, I wouldn’t go here, as most of their prices are high and the quality is questionable (except for AS and LKB at sale time). For the $ 200, $ 600-​$ 700 or more on most traditional items, I’d rather go to the regular shops and feel I’m getting the quality I’m paying for. There’s just something strange about the Gucci, the Tory Burch and the Prada stores at this mall. None of their merchandise seemed authentic as their non-​outlets. Forget it at places like Coach. While their bags are a lot cheaper than their regular store prices, they’ve never seen a traditional Coach store and never will!

The outlet mall is very conveniently located near the O’Hare airport and casino. It is a very clean and spacious mall anchored by Neiman’s, Bloomingdales, and Saks outlets. The mall houses very high end outlets like Burberry. Moncler, Tory Burch, but also the traditional outlets like Calvin Klein, Hugo Boss, Michael Kors and Coach.
It also has a very nice food court and great Italian restaurant called Villagio’s to enjoy after a long day of shopping. Besides Starbucks and Annie’s Pretzels there is a Lindt chocolate to-​go café.
Fortunately now there is free parking so no validation is needed any longer and I like the system of red and green to locate available parking spots.

I’m a frugal shopper so I wasn’t sure what to expect here. You know many «outlet» stores really don’t have good deals. Well if you know prices you can figure that out.
I walked here since it was near the hotel I was staying at, so I can’t say anything about the parking garage. I entered through the Saks outlet store which led into the rest of the mall.
The first floor had plenty of middle of the road stores like Gap and The Limited. Upstairs were many high end places like Burberry and Calvin Klein. With 2 kids in college I’m not hitting those spots but the people watching on the second floor was much better than the first.
Both floors have all kinds of people hawking stuff in the middle of the mall and you have to walk by then as you are moving along. There are also lots of folks ooohing and ahhhing over the whole mall thing as you are just trying to walking along, MOVE IT!
I was happy with the variety of stores here but not the mall setup. Don’t get me going on the idiots acting like they’ve near seen a store before!

This mall gets an unfair rep which is actually quite unfortunate because they have something there for literally everyone. Even I fell into the trap of turning my nose up at this mall when it first became infamous, but I was proved to be wrong. I love shopping and I LOVE outlet malls, but you have to beware that not all outlet malls are equal… and the selection of goodies at the outlet malls vary within the year… as I’m sure you all know.
Okay, so yes, they have some very high end stores in this mall, but let me just say that those prices in the stores ARE DISCOUNTED. You can walk into one of those stores and pick up a nice leather jacket for $ 180 instead of it’s original price of $ 500. It’s a pretty good deal if you ask me, especially considering that jacket will last you for a long time. Maybe it’s just me, but I would rather buy one nice piece of clothing that costs more (even at an outlet mall) than buy several cheaper items that are going to hide in rather he back of my closet after wearing them one time.
With all of that said, though, this mall has the high end clothing shops on the second floor and the middle-​of-​the-​road shops on the first floor. You can take your pick.
Me and my fiancé (who are still in the process of looking for the perfect engagement ring) even noticed that there are jewelry stores with discounted engagement rings! Yay for us! (Personally, I’m hoping to find a discounted Neil Lane ring — it’s possible here!)
Other than the shopping, it’s in a great location in Rosemont. You can easily access it off of the highway so you can just swerve on over to it just like I do whenever I’m driving and see shopping. Also, the parking garage is plenty big so you shouldn’t have a problem finding parking spots when the shopping mall is calling your name. In the parking garage they have a red light/​green light system to indicate which spots are available and which are not. The parking garage is also connected to the mall so you must travel far yo get your shopping on!
Now go and be on your way! There’s awesome discounts everywhere if you have the patience to look for them.

While I like to shop, I am not one to shop any and everywhere and all the time. I am typically strategic and thoughtful about purchases UNLESS I come across a too good to pass up deal and the item is screaming buy me or you will regret it.
That said, I have stopped in this mall twice and left empty handed both times. The prices are far from outlet prices. Even with the advertised sales, it is similarly priced with regular retailers. I would rather drive to Aurora for outlet deals or wait for a trip to some place with more outlet offerings. If you choose to shop here, get a shoppers card if you have AAA membership (it’s free) to get a slight discount on most purchases.
Parking is free but routinely congested. Getting in and out of garage feels a lot like arriving and leaving a major sporting event or concert on the weekend. Bring patience or avoid it altogether.
This really feels like a waste of space absent that it provides a shopping resource for travelers to O’Hare and employs many area residents.

I was disappointed.
Remember, I’m from NJ, land of malls and outlet malls. What kind of «high end» outlet has Michael Kohrs (not high end, rather mass produced crap) but no Kate Spade? This was sad. Decidedly heartbreaking. So much so I almost left before finding Barneys…
But even that was a disappointment. Can I get a hello? I was going to get a MJ bag –STRESS SHOPPING. And whateves, it was on sale and an addtl 60% off. The sales associate completely ignored me… So instead of me buying a bag to manage my STRESS, I left. I am not so stressed that I NEEEEED a bag if a sales associate isn’t going to acknowledge me, especially when she is greeting someone else looking at THE SAME BAG.
I award two stars because bath and body works brought back cucumber melon and I smell like 1996.

This place pretty much epitomizes my worst nightmares. It’s full of people… the kind of people who don’t pay attention to their surroundings & stop in the middle of a walking path in a group of 10 so no one can pass… the kind of people who let their kids run rampant while they sit there texting… the kind of people that stalk you down in a parking lot following you to your spot when there are clearly other vacant parking places just a couple spots down but they’d rather save the 5 steps of walking.
So yes, it’s full of people plus it’s a mall. I just am not into malls. I had to meet someone at the Fashion Outlets a couple of times and it’s a bit confusing getting into the parking lot and into the mall. Once you’re there though, it’s not a huge mall and I was able to walk the length of it quite quickly. That being said, I dipped into a few stores as I waited and I didn’t find the prices to be very outlet-​ish. For example in Clarie’s, I ended up buying some earrings but they were the exact same price I would have paid at any other Claire’s store. I wasn’t quite understanding how it was a Clarie’s outlet.
C’est la vie ~ if malls are your thing and you want to try to score a couple deals, this may be just the spot for you.

Die gute Nachricht zuerst: Neuerdings sind 5h (statt 2) Parken frei.
Mehr gute Nachrichten kommen dann auch nicht mehr. Der Rest ist eine typische Mall mit exklusiven Läden (Gucci, Prada) und normalen Outlet Shops (Nike, Bose, Converse…).
Wer aus Angst vorm Traffic Jam früh zum Flughafen ORD angereist ist, kann hier die Zeit bis zum Abflug mit shoppen verbringen. Ein Starbucks gibt es natürlich auch.
Achtung an die Zollgrenze 430 € denken !

Uma ótima opção para quem procura por marcas com GAP, Tommy, Nike e outras. Saímos do lado sul de Chicago e fomos de Trem (pegue a linha azul da CTA e desça na estação Rosemont depois caminhe mais uns 10min). Demos muita sorte pois não estava muito cheio e pegamos descontos entre 30% e 60%.
