Kenneth Cole Outlet

I am not a Kenneth Cole shopper, but was walking by the store and decided to walk in out of curiosity. Although, I am still not a fan, but bought few accessories. Customer service was good and prompt, will visit next time.

This place could do a lot better, with a little work.
Went in to buy some dress shirt, and while I got a great deal of two for $ 50, everything else was so-​so. The customer service was nonexistent, except for Monet, in the changing room who was the only person to ask if I needed help or had any questions. However, when I was about to check out and the ladies up front who were supposed to be helping customers saw I had three bags from other high end retailers, they rushed over to ask if I needed anything, this after having looking around for 15 minutes and trying on clothes and deciding what I wanted. Funny part is that they weren’t that busy!
Oh well, as the saying goes, you win some and lose some. If they had their girls talking to each other less and helping more, it would be great!!!

A very nice Kenneth Cole Outlet store located on the second floor of a beautiful mall. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Truly a pleasure to visit! Great style and quality of clothing.

A friend and I went to the Fashion Outlets of Chicago on labor day weekend Saturday and went to several stores including Kenneth Cole. This store is mostly accessories (watches, purses and a ton of shoes) and very little apparel. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a young lady and offered assistance, we said we were just browsing but thanks. We found a few bargains with the limited apparel and another female associate with glasses chatted with us and directed us to the fitting room. We selected what we wanted to purchase and the young lady with the glasses rang us up, she was very chatty (which isn’t a necessity for me but just showed how friendly she was) mentioned to us about the green discount card that the mall offers (many stores don’t tell you, a young lady at Wilson’s leather mentioned it to us before but of the many stores we went to they were the only two) and was just very personable. I heard here as we were shopping talking to all of the customers in the store, I wish I knew her name so I could give her some recognition but I didn’t ask and its not on my receipt. I highly recommend this Kenneth Cole Outlet based on the customer service. It is mostly shoes (although my friend and I purchased clothing from the limited apparel selection) so if your looking for a wide selection of apparel this isn’t the place but if your coming to the mall anyway I recommend you stop in.

A small little shop on the upper level of The Fashion Outlet Mall in Rosemont. I stopped in just to browse and was pleasantly surprised. I found a cute little black tank with a Kenneth Cole logo, which will go great with several jackets and pairs of slacks that I have. Unfortunately, the item I originally came in to get, a beautiful black blazer with leather sleeves that was on display in the window, was only available in a size 0 — certainly not my size! But I recooped well. I like the black tank. They were also having a nice shoe sale. Overall, the women’s and men’s clothing sold here is very fashionable and stylish, the prices are low, and good deals are to be had. I will be back for more.
