I stopped into the store in hopes of finding a nice winter coat last Thursday at around 5. the store was very organized and felt very high end, but what disappointed me the most not being acknowledged at all. Not when I walked in, not when I was looking around at coats, and certainly not when I was leaving. I am very customer oriented and chose not to shop here if my potential business wasn’t even acknowledged. There was one lady employee working behind a counter and I was the only customer, it was not like they had so many customers they couldn’t get to me.

Well, the store was nice… The look of the store was amazing, and it looked very high end for a discounted store. Don’t get me wrong, there were some nice coats in the store, but there was no real selection. It was a major let down. And the customer service was not the best, I was not greeted when I came in, I almost completely forgot that there was an employee working there. Overall it’s an okay store, just don’t get your hopes up of finding that special coat.

My jaw dropped the other day upon seeing Moncler at the FASHION OUTLETS! Oh Em Gee… There’s no ‘made for outlet’ pieces here. You get the real deal from last season at outlet prices (‘Outlet prices’ if you consider the retail price had you gotten pieces current).
Greg and Jack (?? Hope I got Jack right…) were super helpful, friendly, swift, and patient with the fact that I had my 4 kids with me.
If you love Moncler but want it at a better price point, go here.
