Lakes Tailoring & Dry Cleaning

My mom introduced me to Lakes Tailoring years ago and I have brought every single alteration I’ve needed there ever since. Jeans mainly because I am short and the retail world is tall, but took a jacket in, a couple shirts, had some Uggs cleaned and honestly… I couldn’t have asked for better quality work. You can tell pride is taken in her work and she is amazing at what she does. My entire family of short folks frequent Lakes Tailoring now. After 35 years of needing almost every pair of pants altered, the Lakes BY FAR is the best «I bought it this way, perfect length, excellent quality» that I have ever come across. I highly recommend Lakes Tailoring!

I’ve used Lakes for tailoring; simple hemming of pants. Nothing too complicated. Hems look great, and service was reasonably priced.

Went to Lakes because they are closer than usual spot. Learned lesson.
Dropped 11 shirts off to be dry cleaned and for $ 2.50 a shirt expected them to be perfect because I like a crisp shirt.
No starch after asking for heavy on any of them, none of them were cleaned.
Could do better.
