We ordered custom cabinetry from them less than 5 years ago. They do not back their product and customer service is non existent. Our drawers will not stay shut and one is off track and it took over 6 months to finally speak to someone in service department. I am hiring a trim carpenter (NOT Benedettini) to come repair my $ 40k custom cabinets.

Awful! We ordered A Lot of cabinets because our designer said they were a good company. Ha! We received our cabinets 3 weeks late and upon installation we found that several items were left off the order. Cabinet doors missing (with the sticker saying the door is on its way, that was in May and it’s now mid August!) filler pieces, and cabinet end pieces and crown moulding. Every time we call we get the run around that the pieces have shipped but they can not give us a tracking number! Hmmmmm. I would not recommend this company, they have very poor customer service and lack responsibility to complete the work.
