Fantastic service, made me and the kids feel at home while we waited for the car. staff kept me updated while the work was done and the car was washed and vacuumed when they brought it up. They automatically applied the current service coupon to get me the best price. waiting area was clean and so were the restrooms! I scheduled the appointment online each time I had the car serviced and there was never a wait to get the car back to the service bay. Great job guys!

Don’t send your wife or daughter to check on tire problems. My wife’s new tire has a leak. She went and tire man said there was nothing wrong and it was a temperature issue. She even told him I added air before she came. Obviously the woman doesn’t know what she’s talking about. We took it to Sam’s and they pulled a 2 inch screw out. The manager said a women with 2 kids came in with a tire that was in dangerous condition that Gillman said was fine.
I’ll find another shop to do work on my 3 Nissans. First class cars should get first class service. Gillman Nissan doesn’t deliver and puts people at risk.

Most service items here are pricier than your local mechanics, but it is a dealership. That being said, it has always been a pleasure to take my car here to service! Even if it’s a long wait, the lounge is extremely comfortable with its clean couches and tables and is well-​equipped with WiFi, TV, and Keurig cups! Everyone there is super friendly too. Definitely recommended if the price difference is not that big for your particular service.

Friendly service technicians and nice waiting area. Wait can sometimes be long even with an appointment but service always done with a smile. And your car gets a wash as well!
