I learned about Howell Services from friends who were pleased with their work. I called last August to have my A/​C serviced. I was very satisfied with their work and felt I could ask John to give me an estimate to replace my very old unit. He gave me several options to choose from and I didn’t feel pushed at all to make a decision right away. In November, I called the office and the staff were able to pull up my records and give me the same information and quotes John and I had discussed in August. I scheduled the installment for December and it went very smoothly. Everyone was great to work with and I’m satisfied with both their price and workmanship.

Ron Howell came to my home to replace two bathtub and kitchen items that another plumbing company in Sugar Land had just replaced about 2 years ago. Howell Services charged about the same as the last plumber, but Howell gave me a 2 year warranty on the bath items and a lifetime warranty on the kitchen item. I liked the fact that you know before he even arrives that there is a diagnostic service charge of $ 39.00. After looking over the jobs, he then gives you an itemized invoice for the work that needs to be done. Then you can decide if you want him to do the work or not. There is no pressure. Also, there is a detailed price list right on his invoice, so you know he is giving you his standard charge. I will definitely phone him again for any plumbing problems.
