I will not go to Kroger or anywhere else that requires you to use you bank card with a chip as debit with the pin # having to be entered. I want to use it as a credit card and just because it has a chip they make you enter your pin with no choice. No more Kroger, I just left 300 bucks worth of groceries there and am heading to HEB.

I go there out of convenience… They treat employees like crap. I will not get into details because that will bring personal issues to cyber world and I am not comfortable with that but I will say that racism does exists in the work place. When shopping there check your dates and be careful about produce… I have gave up on buying any produce there. I understand why employees do not care to do a good job when the employer does not make them want to try!

All I can say is do not pay your utility bills or any of your bills here unless you want to get a delinquency letter in the mail and love an unnecessary fight. So I called Kroger’s customer service and was told to call back tomorrow they have to look through their records and am I sure I paid it at there location. Of course I’m sure I have the receipt. Needless to say am very mad after a long hard day at work and now I have to fight this unnecessary battle because of someone else’s incompetence

This is one of the best Krogers around. Fortunately I work nearby and get lunch at the Deli counter. David, the chef, is excellent and always coming up with new recipes that are delicious and healthy. I wish they still had salmon. Everyone is courteous. Thanks, David, for making my lunch! Karen

Do not buy clothes here. Customer service refused to return clothes I got as a gift because I don’t have the receipt(which you usually don’t with gifts) and they won’t let me exchange it for something that would actually fit me because I can’t find the exact item in my size. I asked to see the return policy, which they won’t show me. Then I asked to speak to a manager. He called and talked to customer service but never showed up. Then because the box and tags were not fully intact the customer service agent told me she wouldn’t even know how much they were worth. I tried to show her the skew number so she could type it in but she acted like I am a criminal making something up. I realize this is a grocery store but if you sell clothing you need to have a means to sell them in a reasonable manner. 3 hours later I’m still at customer service trying to get some resolution but being treated like I’m trying the steel something.

This store has reasonably priced goods and is quite big. In comparison to other Krogers that overcharge.

Another great experience at Kroger Brazos Town Center! Kroger was packed today. busy, busy! I was looking for an item that they appeared to be out of, so I asked to talk to the manager & asked him if someone could find out if they had any Udi’s Gluten Free Bread in the back. He was very receptive he said just the minute & he went himself and he brought several back and restocked the case. Very pleased… I have great experiences like this all the time at this Kroger. The manager’s name was Roger! Thank you Roger!

Attention to detail is lacking. Suspect, company is monitoring employee hours. My main issue is with carts in parking lot. I have sustained damage from runaway carts. Teens assigned to collect carts are most often on their cell phones or congregating in groups. Management needs to come out of the nicely air conditioned store and take inventory of the parking area. This is ongoing. They don’t seem to care. Business must be good. HEB is right up the road.

DELI/BAKERY I ordered some catering items for a bridal shower from Kroger on 9÷15÷2015 for Pick-Up on 9÷26÷2015. When I arrived to pick up the food my cake was not ready and my food order was incorrect. They grabbed a random cake with colors I DIDNOT want as I NEEDED the cake to be the colors of the wedding, and instead of a marble cake, LIKE I ORDERED, I got a vanilla one. I was extremely dissatisfied! I also called ahead to make sure that my food would be ½ WITHOUT cheese as the bride I was hosting the shower for can NOT eat cheese. When I got my order EVERYTHING had cheese! Not only was there cheese, we found a bread twist tie INSIDE one of the sandwiches!!! Somebody could have choked on that! Overall I am extremely disappointed seeing as my order was placed in advance and nothing was made how I asked for it nor was it ready at the specified pick up time! When you’re hosting a party you expect everything to go smoothly. Kroger’s Deli and Bakery staff at this location need to get their act together.

They do a good job here of keeping the shelves socked and keeping the checkout lines short. The parking lot can be a bit of a pain though. They also have a really good selection of beer and wine which is really nice.

Store is run by children that would rather play than do their jobs. Can’t even park because of the shopping cart clusters. Sent email to HQ but they obviously don’t care.

First time using the plaec. Filled prescription online with«new prescription» option… said will be ready at 715pm… went next day. said not filled because they needed original paper script first. why is this not advised on the website? Why is the website even an option if you are not going to fill it? Waited 20 minutes then advised would have to pay full price because my insurance is not accpeted there… left… double checked insurance and this place is listed… if you dont want new business just say so… i will take it elsewhere.

I love this place. I can spend hours browsing here. There’s a Starbucks with places to sit and watch tv or read or study, Homegoods, jewelry store, toys, books, cards, furniture, and huge gas station. There’s also a gigantic pastry and deli section. There’s a lot of fresh fruit and veggi selections including organic. There’s aisles and aisles of products… clean bathroom. Plenty of parking(just remember where you parked)! Lots of registers open… the cashiers are friendly. Just remind them to scan your coupons bc they tend to forget.

There are a number of factors that people weigh in about when deciding on a community to reside in and one of which is proximity to a quality grocery store. People need to eat right? Well what can I say about the currently largest Kroger in the great state of Texas that is bad… Nothing. Prices are decent but I don’t mind an extra few cents when I get a larger variety, signature style shopping, gourmet selections, choice cut meats including USDA Prime every so often, great specials in the butcher shop, option to buy designer toiletries, lavish household furniture(although nothing expensive and designer just modest), and good selections of international groceries. The gas is cheap when you use your Kroger card(which by the way is a must here or any Krogers), and propane refills are under $ 20. Redbox could be serviced better here as it fails at least twice a week but never mind that when you can get great selections of beers and wines. Prepare to have a designated driver if your sampling over the weekend at this store. People are generous and willing to go the extra mile. The bakery and produce section is fresh and the lunch/dinner bar has food to go when you don’t feel like cooking after work. The Japanese section yields some decent cuts of sushi and the olive bar is a nice addition to this store. They also have a pretty good selection of food that caters to those who enjoy vegan/gluten-free and organic products. If you feel like surprising your significant other with jewelry they have a shop inside the krogers as well although I’ve never stepped in there so not sure about the quality of selections. The pharmacy is pretty fast and drive thru offers convenience. The carts are always junky but that’s my luck at any grocery store I’ve been to. The patron appear to be decent folks as well; meaning you don’t see too many rift raft here. Overall a safe shopping experience. Glad to see Rosenberg is progressively raising the bar and that stores like this can serve the needs of the growing and up & coming community. Happy shopping.
