Very rude customer service. Tayna the store manager is beyond rude and obviously does not know policies regarding returns and using a federally issued ID. I have spoken to corporate about this already and it has been confirmed that she was in the wrong. No wonder the employees run around a muck and you cannot get any help, look who is running the circus. Your store is only as good as the store manager leading them, and obviously Tayna does not know what customer service is and treats customers very poorly with the bad attitude that she has. Save your self the hassle and just go to Home Depot.

Wow, the attitudes of the employees at this store are not what I have come to expect from Lowe’s! Employees are snarky & act as if they are disgusted to be bothered by customers — whether they’re asking a question or checking out. This store isn’t set up like most, so good luck finding what you need without asking for help. Home Depot, here I come!

I bought a light weight 48″ folding table, I WAS told to pull up they would load it. Eventually(very slow week night 9pm) 2 Lowes employees, amble one watching put in trunk, then announced truck would not close. They did not offer to tie it down, but suggested I get some twine. Then another customer entering store saw dilemma and said«just turn it length ways» as he proceeded to do exactly that himself, the 2 Lowes employees simply ambled off together and let the man eventually PUT It In Back seat. I went back into store spoke w mgr, explained a customer did his employees job. He registered no surprise, no apology no remedy.

Excellent experience buying a dishwasher. Plus they were the only store that had the one we wanted in stock. On smaller items, some experiences were better than others. Still, it’s good for here and I’m happy it’s here.

Lowe’s is all about customer service… I went in for some specific items and the associate asked me simply if I was finding everything ok. Being in kind of a rush, i told him exactly what i was looking for and he walked me to it and even began to show me the lower cost items explaining the unnecessary extras that drive the cost up. He left me with a feeling that i was making an educated decision about my purchase. Thanks buddy!

I have a client in the Needville/Rosenberg area. This particular Lowe’s has been an excellent source for these somewhat rural areas. Today, however, I had the pleasure of being helped by Mr. Dennis Vandekerckhove, a sales specialist in the flooring department. His no-nonsense-straight-shooting approach to products and his excellent product knowledge guided me with ease as I calculated and selected my client’s tiles and tile accessories. He is definitely an asset to this store, as well as the Lowe’s Home Improvement franchise. A side note: It was highly professional of Dennis to provide me his Lowe’s business card, which provided his name, title, the store’s address and phone number, as well as Dennis’ Lowe’s email address. This should serve as an example to other«big box» stores in providing excellent customer service. In addition, based upon my past experience in this particular Lowe’s store, I believe the store management is well skilled in hiring and training excellent sales staff… from the department sales assistants to the cashiers. I have had pleasant experiences with both. Today, however, was exemplary service. Also, the manager on duty today was equally helpful. I regret that I did not catch his name. Thank you, Dennis and the Manager on Duty!
