Not sure why this one isn’t Getty better reviews. The drive through service is excellent. Every time we have been inside our order was taken promptly and deliver got and fresh. I think the only thing I can say negative is when they have their«limited» time salads and sandwiches I get stuck on ones I like– like the summer chicken salad with strawberries and blueberries. I crave it but can’t get it except for summer. I go through major withdrawals. Love that the menu posts calories. Makes it great for those of us that truly watch the calorie count. The orange/cranberry scones are to DIE for. I look away in that calorie count because they are worth the indulgence!

Everyone seemed very grumpy and unhappy even the GM. Only one person seemed friendly with a smile and help me with my order when it was wrong.

Will not be returning to this location ever again. I have given them two chances. The first time, came through the drive thru at 8:40. I ordered the French onion soup. The girl taking my order said«we don’t have that anymore.» I then proceeded to order the broccoli cheddar soup. The girl taking my order said«we are out of that and we aren’t making any more tonight.» I then ordered the chicken noodle soup with a sandwich and a sweet tea. The girl said«we are out of sweet tea for the night and we aren’t making anymore because they close at 9.» While she was taking my order was constantly flirting and giggling with someone else so I had to repeat my order. I told her not to worry about making my food and I went someone else. I am sitting in the parking lot right now writing this review. I get up to order and I said I wanted to order the pick two. She corrected me and said you want the you pick two. Then I said yes and went on to order the cheddar broccoli soup. She corrected me and asked me «you want the broccoli cheddar soup?» And I said yes. And then I continued my order. She took my money when I got to the window and then walked away. She was doing the same flirting and giggling while I was ordering as the time before so I know it was the same girl. I could see her through the window flirting with some guy when I got up to the window. Someone else brought me my food. Hope it tastes good because I’ve tried twice now.

This location really needs a reality check! Or retraining and that includes the management position! Food is never up to par! And service isn’t on point. How they are still open baffles me.

This location is actually one of the nicer ones. It’s clean and big enough to not feel like a hole-in. The food is good and fresh everytime I visit. It’s a great place to study. My daughter often asks to go to Panera to do homework and she hates homework.

This is the tastier of all of the chain restaurants that I’ve tried. My favorite feature is the calories are shown for every single item! What calorie contentious foodie doesn’t love that feature? I had the Soba Noodle with Chicken in Broth($ 8.99). The broth itself was very flavorful but is very high in sodium and tastes like I was chewing on a bouillon cube. The portion size is a lot larger than expected, almost the same portion as a small phở bowel but with half the broth. It’s 390 calories but I ended up taking half home. Warning!: This bowl comes with a GIGANTICSPOON and no fork so you have to ask at the counter for one or get up to get one. My mother had the pick 2: — The half Strawberry Poppyseed & Chicken salad($ 4.99) which was delicious and huge for only 170 calories. — The cup of Creamy Tomato Soup($ 3.79) was not very creamy although high in calories at 330. It tasted acidic as if you were to just mix Campbell’s tomato in water but a little more texture in PB’s. I’d give it an «meh» rating for the cost in calories. *Bonus Points!: Each meal comes with a choice of bread,(something I can’t remember), or an apple. I signed up for the card so we got to choose any pastry we wanted. We shared a Pecan Roll and cut it into 4ths just to try turning that whopping 740 calories into 185. It was tasty but not good enough to buy again. Perhaps if they were fresh baked and still warm but PB serves the it cold rather than reheat the pastry for you. I was not disappointed with Panera Bread! I highly recommend this

Although this is a chain café, this location does an excellent job. They provide excellent customer service and have very polite and efficient staff that seem happy to be there. Also, they have drive thru!

Their new Lentil and Quinoa broth bowl is delicious! It’s great with chicken and it comes with your option of bread, chips, or an apple. Panera is always a good spot for lunch and this location doesn’t get too packed around that time!

Best place to go if you want fresh, healthy(and still tastes good), expensive food. I don’t eat a lot of bakery items in general so the Bread part of Panera is not much of a draw for me.

I love Panera Bread in general, but this location is TERRIBLE. Not only are they consistently out of everything, they take forever and usually get orders wrong. In spite of that, I kept returning for convenience until today. Today I thought I could combat the slow service by ordering online for pickup. I ordered at 11:10 and got an email that said it would be ready for pickup in ten minutes. My husband arrived at 11:20 and waited in line for 10 minutes. When he got there, they didn’t know what he was talking about until he gave them the order number. Okay, fine, no problem. 10 minutes after that, they told him they hadn’t yet made ANY soups for the day yet. At lunch time in a soup, sandwich, and salad place, there was not one cup of soup. They also didn’t see the need to call me at the number they insist you provide for just such an occasion when you place the order. Okay, fine, can we just get a whole sandwich instead? Sure. 10 minutes later, my husband left, sandwich in hand. So, to clarify, I ordered the«rapid pickup» at 1:10, and had(not even the food I ordered) no sooner than 11:50. The manager seemed not remotely apologetic for all of this. Ridiculous. I will never go back to that location. Not sure why all the Rosenberg restaurants have such inferior service to the Sugar Land locations, but it’s getting aggravating.

Overpriced garbage. If you want a below average croissant sandwich with an apple on the side for $ 12. Come here!

Love the drive thru! Especially in the morning on the way to work when I stop to get a caramel latte & bacon, egg, and cheese on ciabatta. The caramel latte is caramelly(more so than the caramel macchiato from Starbucks) They use fresh eggs, fresh bacon, and fresh cheese– delish! **the store is on the same side as Kroger** my map shows it across the freeway for some reason :/

I have always loved Panera, and this particular location has become my regular. My favorite thing on the menu is the Smokehouse Turkey Panini. I usually get that in the You Pick Two with a Caesar salad. The salad is alright but the fresh croutons are amazing! I will say that it is a little pricy for the amount of food that you get, but that hasn’t stopped me from going. The staff is also always very friendly and quick. And the best thing about this location? DRIVETHRU!!!

The three times I went there I was very impressed with how you taste each individual layer of the sandwich! The bread is amazing and the pick two was a great deal! Haven’t had one problem yet!

Good French onion soup, but *way* expensive for the amount you get. And they have been known to forget the cheese and/or croutons. Chicken salad sandwich OK, but usually spread pretty haphazardly. Service usually pretty slow. With regard to sides, they almost always forget an item or put in the wrong item.

They just can’t compete with McAlister’s Deli across the freeway. Overpriced for what you get and that isn’t much. Menu lacking. So-so sandwiches and pick 2. Service very poor(and they don’t seem to care). Went once and won’t be back. McAlister’s is our true go-to place now. So much better!

We stopped here today for Mozzarella & tomato panninis. The sandwiches tasted different so I opened it up and it had 2 strips of mozzarella in the size of 1″ width and about ½″ thick. The other sandwich had the same amount. Pathetic. I will not stop here again.

Panera is, well… Panera. It really would be nice if they would bring back the banana nut muffins that were so great.

We’ve come to love the great sandwiches and salads, not to mention the bagels and bakery items. We do visit this location at least twice a week. I feel the items they offer have better nutritional value than most fast food chains. You only need to reach over and pick up a list of items that shows a variety of information about that item. Very friendly staff 95% of the time. A WORDOFCAUTION: if you are a Panera Bread rewards member, make sure you watch them swipe your card. My wife went through the drive through this morning and forgot to give her rewards card. After she got home, I went online to enter the transaction(which is a very cool feature) but the reciept already had someone else’s number on it. I called to report this to the manager who told me they had a problem with employees early on that swiped their own card, but all those employees were fired… he went on to say the employee probably just swiped the wrong card. Hmmm… my wife didn’t give our card, so I’m curious who’s card got swiped. The member number swiped ends in 81582 if anyone else runs into the same problem. Definitely an employee problem, but is it theft? I think so. The manager offered to buy our meal on the next visit, which is going the extra mile for customer service, in my opinion. Other than this, I recommend the location fo
