Something went out on the Equipment we Rented and WE ended having to pay thousands of dollars to them!

Equipment rental fees are high and not customer friendy. We needed to rent a piece of equipment which we’d use for only 2 hrs. The rate we had to pay was for ONE WHOLE ENTIRE DAY. Most places offer ½ day rates. I discourage anybody from renting from this place. We will drive to Katy before we overpay this place. They also charge $ 6/​gal if equipment is not returned with a full tank of gas. That is exhorbitant! It is not a car rental, you know!
