Rack Room Shoe Store

Went in on Sunday to exchange a pair of shoes. The young lady at the register asked if she could help, I told her I was there to do an exchange and she politely went to the back to get someone to help me. I waited, and waited, and waited and finally someone came to the register the help. Without saying a word, she snatched the receipt from the top of the box of shoes I was returning, rudely asked me which shoes I was bringing back, scanned the old box and then the new box handed me the receipt and never said another word! RUDE! Not one smile, not one have a nice day, not even an acknowledgement or one moment of eye contact from her. The Stafford location and exceptional customer service and I will gladly drive 15 miles out of the way to NEVER have to deal with the poor customer service at this location.
