Didn’t even make it to the restaurant. Whoever answers the phone at this place is so RUDE. I’ve heard the food is good so I’ve been trying to make reservations for this place. I called once before, the day of, looking for a table for 6… I called hours before and she made me feel like an idiot and ridiculous for thinking I could get a large table with such short notice. Time passed and I forgot about it, but then I called tonight and again same rude woman and it all came back to me. Already a poor taste, and I didn’t even get to try the food.

This place has good appetizers! To be honest the hubby and I always just get 3 appetizers then we eat that for dinner! The lady who owns this with her husband is rude as hell though. We called for a to go order and she literally laughed at us because apparently it was a busy night. That’s fine but I was ordering an appetizer to go. I have not been back since. Good food starts with good service.

Yet another awful experience. Sadly, the food is good. But the staff answering the phone is rude, all the time. This evening, I called and the phone was put down for about 12 minutes, with no one ever saying anything. Finally, they hung up and I was able to call back when a nasty woman said no take out tonight! Really! What an unprofessional operation! Good luck.

We absolutely love this place BUT we had been trying to call for 1.5 hours and finally got in to make a reservation. Accepted the reservation for 7, the call dropped and could not get them back on the line. We showed up and they didn’t have our reservation. The owner could care less and did nothing to help. Wouldn’t have been bad if we hadn’t driven over an hour to get there. The hostess did not care and didn’t try to work with us. VERY disappointed! I will be telling all of my friends to not return as they do not care about their patrons.

Haven’t been to Red Brick in several months I missed it. The Nachos require at least three people to finish. Had Prime Rib for dinner and as always portion was so big I’ve got tomorrow’s lunch

Best nachos I’ve ever had! We order them at least once a month as take-out and are never disappointed!

Great food, great staff and friendly pub atmosphere! My all time favorite restaurant! You must have a reservation on the weekends in order to get a table. That should tell you how good of a restaurant it really is.

I have never seen a restaurant so poorly managed. They go on 2 week vacations at the drop of a hat and close their doors. Their food used to be of some quality, but the menu has changed to bar food. I’ll be very surprised if they stay in business long.

I went here on the Sunday after Valentine’s with my boyfriend. I made a reservation which was highly recommended by friends who have previously gone. When we walked in, the place was packed! The absolute only downfall was the fact that there was no host/hostess to greet us when we walked in. I’m not sure if he/she was just off that night or they don’t have one in general but that is definitely one of my peeves when going to a restaurant. It’s an uncomfortable feeling when you aren’t greeted and are left standing, twiddling your thumbs. We waited at the hostess stand for a bit before one of the servers walked by and greeted us, asked us if we had a reservation and then sat us. After being seated, we sat at our table for enough time to decide what we wanted to drink AND eat before any of the servers came over to our table. Granted, it was busy but come to find out, whoever sat us, never assigned a server to our table. Luckily, one of the sweet waitresses stopped at our table and asked if we’d been waited on yet. She then proceeded to take our order in a timely fashion. [I wish I remembered her name because she was awesome!] I ordered the lobster ravioli which was served in a vodka sauce with chunks of tomato, crab meat and fresh spinach. AHHHH-MAZING. My boyfriend had the prime rib because, DUH. We’ve heard amazing things about it. And it was as amazing as everyone raves. a huge piece of prime rib that was so so tender! We each had tiramisu for dessert which was equally as delicious. I would absolutely go back but no matter what time of the week you’re going, I would recommend making reservations because this place gets packed!

I’ve never written a review for anything and this place was so bad that I signed up. To be fair, my husband ordered chicken parm, said it wasn’t anything special, but not bad. I got the 214 lobster, scallop, shrimp dish over angel hair pasta. It was really bad man. I also have never sent anything back, and I did this time. The angel hair pasta was over cooked by A LOT and was a mush when I tried to twirl it around my fork and spoon. It was smothered in what basically was tomato soup mix, you couldn’t see the pasta and the sauce was so high the waitress had to be careful putting the bowl down because it could drip out. The seafood was definitely frozen and wasn’t even hot. To be nice I’ll say it was kind of warm. We got our meals in less than 5 minutes from the time we ordered. How? Well, it tasted like it. Premade and super nasty. So, I asked the waitress if I could just get new pasta made(it’s angel hair, doesn’t take that long) and have the same sauce but just not so much. She said, well if can ask the chef to «just dump it out(the excess sauce) and put it on a new plate». I said, yeah but the pasta is a mush, it’s too over cooked, it melted into a mush… and she said I’ll see what I can do. She took the plate and came back about one minute later with the same pasta/seafood(I know because of how I cut some of the seafood) and with a little less sauce, still mushed up pasta on a new plate. I couldn’t believe what just happened. She put it on the table said«here ya go» and quickly walked away before I could say anything. By this time, my husband had eaten over half of his meal, my 15 month old was hungry and eating and I figured it also wouldn’t be cool to walk out and I couldn’t deal with an all out argument with management or whoever was in charge. It truly sucked so much. I’ll never go here again and I’m a local. You know, if you’re gonna spend $ 20+ on a meal you expect something better. If you send something back because it’s completely messed up, you don’t expect them to put it on a different plate and give it back. I didn’t eat the mushy pasta soup. I ate a few pieces of frozen tasting seafood and paid for it. No. No. No. What a drag. :(

I came to this place while visiting my aunt and uncle. My aunt has an extreme sensitivity to perfumes, candles, air fresheners-basically any strong unnatural scent. A few people were sat at the table behind ours And the very friendly woman was unfortunately wearing a lot of perfume. My aunt kindly asked the waitress what we should do about this, should we move our table, and so on. Unfortunately, the waitresses found this to be too complex of a problem. My aunt took it upon herself to walk over to the table and explain her scent sensitivity. The people were beyond friendly and kindly volunteered to move over a booth. While they’re in the process of moving, the OWNER, not a waitress, the owner, came over and started yelling at my aunt. In the middle of the restaurant, the owner started yelling at my aunt. Let that sink in. She called my aunt a psycho and blabbed on to the point where the table with the woman with the perfume said they wanted to leave because they didn’t like how the owner spoke to my aunt. Coming from Boston and working in restaurants for years, I’ve always been told to respect the customer. I’ve never ever in my life seen a restaurant worker disrespect a customer in this way, but especially the owner. Is the food good? In all fairness, yes it is. Is this restaurant worth your money? No. It isn’t. An owner who cares so little about customer service doesn’t deserve a dime of your hard earned money. You never know what might set her off. She needs a lesson in customer service.

Everything here is exceptional! However, if you want the crème de la crème I above all recommend the 214 which is usually on the specials list. It is the most amazing dish ever if you enjoy lobster, shrimp and scallops cooked to perfection in a tomato cream sauce with spinach over a bed of angle hair pasta. My mouth is watering just thinking about it and I was there just yesterday! If you have room for dessert(or take it to go), the tiramisu is a must! Prefect ending to a perfect meal! To top it all off the staff is also exceptionally friendly and accommodating, from the bussers, wait-staff, bartenders and chef all amazing! Reservations are generally recommended, as it’s a very popular place, but well worth any wait you may have.

Great service and a wonderful meal. Salmon over squid ink pasta with a host of veggies for my bride. I had the pumpkin /squash soup to take off the chill and followed it up with lamb shank over mashed potatoes and sautéed veggies. Only complaint is that the rolls are pretty much white bread. But at least they are warm. Hopefully coming back soon

I highly recommend this restaurant for a great meal. Their food is always fresh and well prepared. Their daily specials are to die for. It’s a small tavern and popular so reservations are a must. Prices are very reasonable. Try the blackforest dessert. It’s to die for!

Best roast duck I’ve ever had. Wife had the salmon. Cute waitress with nice personality and helpful. Bar with pool table on other side of divider so a bar atmosphere but ok. Better ambiance would give it five star. Great food and not expensive.

I love local joints where the people are awesome and the food is good. Great beers on tap, with delicious mango wings. I’ve never seen so many White Russians served at a bar in my entire life. It was like a seen out of the Big Lebowski, which obviously is awesome. The owner also bought the whole bar a round of drinks! How cool is that…
