I went in there to ask about item and while I was asking the blonde sales rep had such an unfriendly face!

The older lady that works here is really sweet; I wish she was the one to help me purchase my goodies.
As I walk into this store, none of the sales associates greeted nor glanced at me. As I walked into the back where the clothes were, the three sales associates followed me without asking if I needed help, like I’m going to stuff a trench coat in my tiny purse, or rub all my makeup off on their silk satin scarves. As if!
My card wouldn’t go through when purchasing my new jacket, so I decided to come back later in the day to sort things out. I arrive once again, and warmly say hi to the woman that was to get commission– she blatantly ignored me and continued helping some asian guy that only came in to ask questions.
All in all, the saleswoman that got commission was very awkward, not personal at all, and was bias when helping customers. Don’t make the same mistake I did by purchasing clothes here just to be treated like a criminal. Yeah, try them on, but order them online!!!

I came in to buy a shirt, but due to the customer service ended up leaving with more than I probably should have. The gentleman helping me took me through and showed me what would fit my frame (which is a task of its own). Overall I had an excellent experience. This is what customer service should be.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Tried to exchange an unworn Brit button down shirt with the tag still on for a larger size but the manager claimed it was worn because of the wrinkles in the bend of the arms in the sleeves. The only time I wore it was when I tried it on in their fitting room. Unbelievably kind smiles is all I got! Even though I love Burberry quality and would still buy it — it won’t be from here!

we are having the most terrible customer service from this Burberry. my mom always uses Burberry as her «go to» for gifts for me for my birthday and Christmas. This Christmas one of the Burberry items she got me was a stocking cap. The store had removed the item from the head of a mannequin and it was damaged and the metal Burberry label was detached. Since we have been out of state since Christmas my wife just attempted to return the defective product but the Burberry store would only replace it with the newer edition stocking cap at a higher price with her paying the difference. This is really SHOCKINGLY abysmal customer service.

I have purchased a few items here, always happy with the quality of the merchandise, and the friendliness of the staff. Great location too, in the Galleria, so I don’t have to drive all the way to San Francisco, if I don’t want to, to enjoy and purchase Burberry.

This Burberry store is awesome. The employees here are great. They are always very friendly and happy to help you right away. The Louis Vuitton store next door needs to get some training from these folks.
Burberry makes a very high quality product but it is their superb team members that make the buying experience special. I have purchased many items for my wife at the Roseville Galleria and highly recommend that store.

Another visit, another day where the service goes above and beyond to get me what I need. I was looking for a jacket in a color they didn’t have, and they quickly located it at the San Francisco Centre store and marked it for me to pick up later this week. The women who were helping me were patient and friendly, and are everything I want in a luxury store associate.

For a working girl like me, Burberry isn’t just any place I casually shop at regularly. It’s normally a well thought out purchase. But for the most part, it’s window shopping and taking down notes. When I did make a purchase, however, I’ve been very happy with it. I bought Burberry’s Medium Haymarket Crossbody in yellow exactly a year ago. I highly recommend their Haymarket check. It’s the made in Italy. I also own a Burberry Studded Check tote which I’m also very content of owning. For any working girl thinking of buying Burberry, I recommend buying their classic pieces.

I’ve come in here a numerous amount of times and their selection is just poor. I always just end up going to nordstrom to find something.
Burberry has been my families favorite clothing store for ages because of the quality of the clothing, I have loved their Polos, Dress Shirts and coats for a long tme; however, that is changing… Ever since they have shifted production to Hong Kong the quality is ever so disappointing and I think $ 195.00 for a dress shirt from Hong Kong is unjustified.
It amazes me how stuck up the sales [ASS]ociate are here its unbelievable.
Hardly any of the dozen of times I’ve come here not a glance at your or even a hello.
Reality check you work in a mall get off your high horse.

This specific Burberry store originally became my family’s go to place for birthday gifts such as the mens’ Burberry polos… my brothers and cousins love them! Since then, I’ve found myself swinging by Burberry to check out a few of their new handbags and of course, any potential items on Sale. Typically, Burberry has 1 – 2 sales per year.
They have a great selection of handbags, accessories and clothing at this store — and if the item you are looking for is not available in this specific store it can easily be transfered for you in a timely manner.
While a few of the reviews describe this location’s sales associates as rude, I beg to differ. They have been welcoming, kind, and very helpful. They do not rush the customer — the shopping experience is actually very pleasant.
Like I said, all of their sales associates are wonderful! Regardless of whoever is there on the day you decide to shop, you will be in good hands.

I love Burberry but the women working here are rude/​judgmental. I walked in the store with my boyfriend and his friend, no one acknowledged us even with only one other customer in the store. two of the sales associates were at the register talking among themselves… we looked around in the men section, still no help.
before leaving, my friend wanted to see if they can tell if his wallet was real or fake so I took it to one of the ladies at the register and asked if they could authenticate it and this tall, brown headed women gave me this minute long explanation saying the only way you can be sure it’s real is if you buy it from us blah blah blah. louis vuitton is much more helpful I know many people who brought in purses to see if they are authentic and they gladly help you out.
this store is great if your looking for Burberry items but beware of the snobbish sales associates. they definitely like to judge you before helping you out.

I love this store and location. The mall has everything right next to each other (LV, Juice Couture, Burberry, Coach, etc.), I actually fell in love with a few trench coats, both London & Brit look. Once again, colors caught my eye — I bought the purple trench coat. They had to ship it, and the sales associate Magali was awesome. I loved her French accent, and she was extremely patient. She called one of the stores in Southern California Beverly Hills, and my coat arrived in perfect shape/​packaging within 2 days. I also had to throw in a tie for my husband, and he loved it. Great store, attentive service, and happy staff.

Love this store; many pieces of my boyfriend’s wardrobe are from here. It does seem a bit more skewed towards men. Only store I’ve been to that caters to both genders and actually has an ever-​so-​slightly larger men’s section than women’s.
Like most reviewers have reported, the customer service is so helpful and sweet, almost to the point of overload. But that’s just me; social diabetic and all. I’ve also never been blown off, even while wearing flip flops and talking to my friends with my indoor voice (which is at least 90 decibels.)
Also in response to Ryan, they carry all lines here. Most is from the Brit line, true, but there is some Prorsum, London and Sport. They’re scattered about, like Easter eggs; you gotta lift a rock or brush aside some grass.
My only real complaint is that I wish the store was bigger/​had more selection! :)

Selection is okay (I prefer the one in San Jose). But when it comes to the service: What a bunch of snooty-​poos!
Alright, so I know it’s Burberry and all, but c’mon salespeople! I’m a sucker for good customer service (read the rest of my reviews), so when I’m only greeted about 25% of the time I go to their store, it’s not okay.
I’m not too sure whether or not they’re paid on commission. All I know is that if you’re willing to stop chatting with the other employees and simply ask if I was looking for anything in particular then they’re pretty much guaranteed a sale from me.
I’ve only had good experiences with TWO of their employees. A young man named Chris, and an African-​American woman whose name I can’t remember. As for the sales associates who ignore me: it’s the older Caucasian ladies who chat with one another behind the counter.

Finally! Burberry makes an entrance in Roseville Galleria! And it’s not disappointing. The set-​up of the store is nice with a wide selection of purses, scarves, clothes, etc. The salespeople are very nice and welcoming. The best part is the big TV screen that is playing runway shows. I’ve yet to buy anything from there but I certainly will in the near future.

The selection here isn’t as good as the San Francisco store on Post Street, but the sales associates at Roseville’s Burberry are more helpful.
