David was a great tech. He arrived on time was very professional and efficient. I have used C&C for more than 5 years and I would defiantly recommend them.

Lady on the phone was very nice and help full. BUT… after 15mins on the phone, they would not come out to my place to look at my hot water heater for a least 3 to 4 days. I was not a member or priority customer. My mom had 3 furnaces replace by them (in three of her rental units) a little more than a year ago but still not considered a «priority» customer. Was very unhappy, considering how much money my family spend with this company over the past.

The gentlemen that installed our two furnaces (Eric, Rik and Ambrose) were very professional and left everything neat and clean. Would highly recommend them. Todd from Hinson does a great job servicing our units twice a year also.
