Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I spent the night in the ICU, worked an 11 hour shift and swung by the Carl’s Jr down the street for dinner before finally going to bed. Me and the boyfriend order our meals and go home to see the combo meals we just paid nearly 20 $ for didn’t have the fries in the bag for either meal. We decide before showing up we should call to let them know of the mix up, willing to bring our completely uneaten meals back so we could get the missing portion of our dinner. Someone answered the phone, said he wasn’t sure as he just got there and said he didn’t know if we could do that. Confused, we ask to speak too the manager, who was the actual person who rang us up, and he stated that we approved the order on the screen and we never paid for the full meal. Ridiculously enough he didn’t even remember the screen wasn’t even working and the stoner had to read us back our meals, which he said were combos, and then we proceeded to pay. He didn’t even give us a receipt! Never coming here again, stoned college kids not doing their jobs acting like self-​righteous dicks.

Came through the drive thru after I got off of work and the man working there was simply AMAZING. He was joking around and he made the whole visit amusing and fun. Definatly my favorite one to visit in the middle of the night.

I went here after a really tough night at work and a long night of midterm — cramming ahead of me, so you could say I wasn’t in the best mood. Plus I’m not a big Carl’s jr. fan so if I eat there, it’s either because someone else wants to or this location is open 24 hours and I am in desperate need of sustenance.
In any case, I pull up to the drive thru at 12:45 am and was expecting a normal drive thru experience.
Boy, was I wrong.
The gentleman at the thru (whose name, I discovered at the window, is Harrison) instantly had me laughing by telling me «they ran out of ‘moments’» when I asked for a moment. He was unusually peppy for such a late hour and I don’t think I stopped laughing until I got my food and left.
Someone give Harrison a raise! Food still wasn’t super great but I’ll go back just for him!

I dined here last Thursday. I ordered the #1 Famous Star combo that is advertised as with cheese, but I still told the cashier I wanted cheese on it. It came to me without cheese. I took it back up to the counter and it took forever for someone to help me. Then I was told that it didn’t have cheese on it because of it normally doesn’t come with cheese unless you ask for it. But on the menu it’s advertised as having it, so why would one have to request it? And I had asked for it anyway. The restroom was also filthy — paper everywhere, no seat covers, and no mirror.

I had a lot of trouble getting coffee here in the middle of the night, a 24 hr store.
They did not have any brewed, and talked a lot about how long it would take, and how coffee at this time was not on their «schedule»??? They preferred to wait till later before making another pot…
I was pretty appalled at this lack of customer service and consideration and resistance, and while the coffee was fine after waiting and insisting for it, you NEVER want to be treated like you don’t matter… so I would NOT recommend this Carls location. nor will I go back easily to this LOCATION…

Went by this location the other say because my kids couldn’t decide between tacos or burgers. So I was like oh yeah Carl’s Jr. Has both because if the green burrito! I asked for a soft taco with meat and cheese only. And a burger with light ketchup only. Well of course the taco came with lettace and the burger had everything on it and therefore my kids would not eat cap thanks for the headache and waste of money! I’ll stick to del taco next time!

Really rude service in the drive-​thru. The guy shoved the bag at me although my hands were clearly full and I was asking for sauces anyway. He then hands me a bunch of sauces, still when my hands were full, literally throwing half of them at me and spilling the rest in my car. There wasn’t a line behind me, no idea what the rush was for.
Didn’t get either of the 2 fries we’d ordered and paid for. I ordered the taquitos and they were thrown in the bag sideways, and were exploded by the time I’d gotten them home. They weren’t freshly made. Neither was the burrito or one of the 2 burgers we ordered.
Guess none of the local Carl’s Jr. locations are worth going to anymore.

Now, we all know eating in the middle of the night isn’t the best idea for your waistline, especially fast food.
BUT
if you want late night carl’s jr, this is the place to go. The food here is to be expected, nothing was wrong with my order and they completely filled my fries container, always a plus!
THEY ARE OPEN 24 HOURS people!
come here if you want some dependable yummy fast food in the middle of the night.

I was In a hungry and needed something fast to eat for lunch so I decided to go to Carl’s Jr. and go through the drive-​through. I ordered the new grilled cod fish sandwich. I ate it on my way back to work. I was pleasantly surprised how good the sandwich was. It was a nice grilled juicy piece of fish with lettuce and tomatoes and I had them ad American cheese to the sandwich. Healthy and satisfying Carl’s Jr. you knocked out the park with this one. I was in and out of the drive through in less than four minutes. That’s pretty good when I only had 30 minutes for lunch.

Wife had the salad at the meat capital of fast food and they don’t know salads. Rotten greens so now I can’t get my wife back so no mo meat fo meeeeeee

I use the drive-​thru every once in awhile to get breakfast on my way to work. Bacon egg cheese biscuits are amazing! Usually the same lady is working the drive-​thru window. Great customer service and its always quick!

I love Carl’s Jr. for fast food, but not this one. I have lived in Roseville and have been to this one a lot!

Terrible. Went through the drive thru. Ordered a small big carl combo. Ended up getting a california burrito combo??? They weren’t even busy so I don’t know what happened there. I went in to complain & another customer was also in there trying to get his messed up order fixed. They are incompetent here. I eventually got my order & it tasted lackluster compared to the normal CJ quality.

I came here tonight because I had a coupon for a free street taco (from the Green Burrito portion of this establishment), and had previously received it here. Tonight the food was good, but the service was terrible! The guy at the counter I’ve seen before… I think is the manager. But while he was taking my order, he was also talking in his headset. Not only is he doing the counter and the drive-​thru, he’s also delivering the trays to the tables. While I was still at the counter register, I noticed the car at the drive-​thru window waiting until he zipped over to the window.
I wanted to write a comment card on the table, but realized none of the tables have those little golf pencils in their holders. Good thing I had a pen in my pocket from church tonight, so I gave them a mediocre rating and terrible customer service, like this Unilocal review. They were just poorly understaffed tonight!

So much for chain restaurants all being equal. My trip to this Carl’s Jr. location put me through a roller coaster of emotions, and this was just during lunch!
Elation:
I was at the nearby Target and originally thought I’d have to settle for Jack N the Crack when I thought «ah-​ha! That’s what GPS is for!» I was thrilled to find a Carl’s just down the block a bit. I ordered my standard, non-​guilt fare: chargrilled turkery burger and side salad with blue cheese dressing. The drive thru was fast and friendly. But that’s when things took a turn for the worse…
Disgust:
I got back to my desk and proceeded to unpack my would-​be tasty lunch. Eww, what’s this gloop lingering on my salad container and packaged fork? Ugh, apparently, it’s salad dressing leaking from the OPENED dressing package. I paused, thought «eh, it’s not THAT opened» and used it anyway. But all the dressing in the world couldn’t hide the fact that the salad was beyond gross. Even I didn’t finish it, and I’m fairly tolerant. The lettuce leaves weren’t just kinda limp, they were borderline mushy. NASTY. I threw it away, figuring I at least had a tasty burger to look forward to. Negative, Ghostrider. The pattern is full.
Disappointment, then Anger:
As is my standard, I removed the lettuce, onion, and non-​ketchupy side of the bun, leaving only the goodness. Alas, the turkey patty was dry, the condiments were hardly in place, and the whole thing just didn’t taste right. I’m one who savors the condiment-​soaked burger bun and was disappointed that I was not rewarded with the «mmmmm» feeling a condiment-​sogged bun usually provides. I ate half and through the rest away.
The saving grace to this lunch was the pre-​packaged croutons. Too bad I’m trying to cut back on the carbs. This place is a FAIL in my book.

For fast food and for a Carl’s Jr location, this place easily gets a 4.
Pros: Good service, burgers are made well, doubles as a Green Burrito and this location is really clean.
Con: Parking lot design sucks.
Overall: Good place for a quick better then decent burger.

Clean, predictable service.
There is a play structure here as well. All of the kids were been supervised which is almost an uncommon thing these days.
i’m not sure what the deal was with the girl there that was delivering the food to the tables. On at least 2 occasions while I was sitting there, she seemed to have a problem matching up what was in her hands, the number that she was saying, with the obvious markers that were being handed out… I guess that’s why she’s working at Carl’s?

I typically don’t review fast food joints, but once in a while something stands out about a place and it just has to be done…
So… We stumbled into Carl’s Jr at lunch time, and after I was done munching on my Portobello Mushroom Six Dollar Burger, one of the employees came by and asked us how everything was, then thanked us, and then took our trays for us…
Wait… Really? I had to do a double take and make sure I was still in Carl’s Jr. How refreshingly odd for a fast food joint eh? Then i started thinking about the other times I had been to this particular Carl’s Jr., and realized that they have actually always provided great «Customer Service» every time I’ve been in.
In addition to being one of the few fast food spots that actually provides a memorable customer service experience, this one is noticeably cleaner than most the other Carl’s Jr restaurants!
This one also doubles as a green burrito, and I also noticed they kept up their salsa bar very well.
