When this location close. Went here to go to dinner and couldn’t believe is was shut down. We ended up going to El Azteca in Roseville. Best Mexican in the area and was happy this ended up closed.

No shoes? No socks? No problem here. My family sat and ate our meal in disgust as a lady at the bar was picking and rubbing her feet while sitting at the bar. The bar area was packed since the Football National Championship was on– so service was understandably slow, yet bare feet while sitting Indian style at the bar? Nasty!

For the first time in about 3 years, we actually ate inside Chili’s, after having eaten takeout a couple of times since them. The time was about 7:30 p.m. We entered the restaurant, which appeared moderately busy. The host was not there, but arrived after about a minute. He took us to our table, and stated that one or another of wait staff would come over. After over 10 minutes, Brandon showed up. He tried to gloss over the fact that he was late in coming over by adopting a bit of an over-happy, almost frat-boy overload attitude. Our food was a long time in coming, and when it arrived, we were mostly underwhelmed. Only my wife’s fajitas lived up to the Chili’s that we had known over the years; my burger was not so good, and our friend’s chicken was plated in a strange manner, on a bed of black beans. Our waiter never came by to check on us, and never even came to check for dessert or leave the bill. We had to get the attention of the host for to-go boxes. This restaurant is testing kiosks, which we used to pay and leave. Frankly, I am disappointed. Although we have not been a regular Chili’s customer for several years, the few times I’ve had their food it was still pretty good. Now, combined with the horrible and inattentive service, I am not sure if I will ever return to this location, and I am now even unsure of ever returning.

Arrived to have lunch at 1:03PM to an almost empty filled bar. The bartender finally arrives back at 1:13PM I understand that sometimes they need to use the restroom but at those times that they need to have someone cover the bar if they’re going to go use the restroom or smoke cigarette

Food and beer, good. Service, ok– not memorable but friendly. Atmosphere– nice to watch a baseball game. Could be cleaner, but overall a-ok! Would definitely go back to watch more sports…

We ended up cheating on our regular Chili’s(off of Blue Oaks in Rocklin) for this one because we were in the neighborhood. Quality of food of course is the same — but service was meh. We decided to sit in the bar area as we usually do to take advantage of happy hour — but most of the bar was DIRTY. There were probably 6 barstools empty but all the remaning food and drink cups were still stitting around, no one cleaned them up until we’d been sitting there maybe 10 minutes. The bartender was nice, she kept my ice tea filled up the entire time, but that’s about it. It took a while to get her attention so we could order(and we were sitting at the bar) — and again took a while each time we needed something — to be honest, in this case, we would have been better off just sitting at a table. All in all — typical Chili’s experience, but HUGE difference in service compared with our usual Chili’s. *Don’t forget — free chips and salsa are always free during happy hour in the bar area! So if you do 2 for $ 20 for dinner, and it’s happy hour — don’t do chips and salsa — it’s already free :)

First time here at this location with my mom and brother. We ordered our appetizers and our main dishes. So the appetizers came out and the chips, salsa and sweet potato fries. I love how thin the chips are! So perfectly crisp and thin(I just love it!) so as we were finishing the salsa and chips our food wasn’t even there yet. My mom started to get super impatient it was like 20 – 35 min wait for our food. I’ve just noticed the wait for our food was just slow we had to keep asking our waiter or a different waiter for it. Service needs to be attentive!!! Seriously! At one point we had to ask one of the busser’s to take another order from us or have the busser just tell our waiter cause we were waiting for awhile for our waiter to come by the table. I’d go back … To a different location.

Stopped in here after work earlier this week. There were only a few people in the bar but no one behind the bar to get a drink from. The bar itself was covered in glasses and food that had not been cleaned up. Since I did not pass a large group exiting as I came in it seems they do not clean up very quickly. We found a spot to sit that just had some glasses we needed to slide out of the way to make room. After a few minutes a server came out and asked if we had been helped. He was helpful and poured some beers for us on the spot. We went ahead and tabbed out just to be safe and to make sure the only helpful person we saw got the tip. Nothing special about this location and with the poor service and lack of attention to the condition of the bar I will probably not be returning at least to the bar side.

I could try and look past the horrible service if the food was good, but unfortunately nothing was good about my visit here. I searched and searched for something good to say. The chips were good? Our booth wasn’t dirty? I didn’t get sick? But otherwise I will not be coming back. I met a friend for Happy Hour in the bar on Friday because as I saw on the website, the Happy Hour was good until 7pm. Nothing in the bar, bar area, or menus indicated this though and there was nothing with any happy hour specials, just an «ask your server sign» So we did. And afterwards I was still confused on what drinks were or were not on special. Also, was any food on special during Happy Hour? Who knows. I think the Chips and Salsa are free during Happy Hour but I only found this out by asking another friend afterwards. I didn’t want to ask our server too many questions because she already seemed annoyed and bothered for having to come to our table in the first place. She never smiled, was very short with us and wasn’t pleasant by any stretch of the imagination. When we were placing our order she didn’t even look at us, just stared off into space, and didn’t even notice we didn’t have silverware or napkins when our food arrived so we had to steal one from a neighboring table and tear the napkin in half. In almost all the other Unilocal reviews there are serious complaints about service so it’s obvious the Manager doesn’t care about what goes on in the restaurant since the same concerns are voiced over and over. I ordered the Margherita Pizza Flatbread which was ok. It was burnt around the edges and didn’t have much of either of the two sauces it claimed to come with so it was kind of plain. My friend got the House Salad which was just your basic salad. The chips in the Chips and Salsa were good, but the salsa tasted like something out of a jar, not freshly made. Don’t even start me on the nutritional information… I’m giving them two stars only because my Husband guilted me into it. Otherwise, a one.

Stopped in here to get a bite to eat after a day of Christmas shopping, should’ve went elsewhere! We opted to sit at the bar since it’s a Sunday and they have the games on four flat screens. It’s Happy Hour all day on Sundays in the bar for your info. Hubby and I decided to get our usual two for $ 20 deal, appetizer to share and an entrée each. I ordered the Santa Cruz steak and it was just ok, however, my mashed potatoes came out very cold, I sent it back. Our waiter, who was also the bartender, said it would be out in a flash, well, fifteen minutes went by and it came out after I ate my steak. We ordered some drinks and they were good, but the food was mediocre. As you can see in the picture of my steak, it looks a lil unappetizing. I know, I kick myself in the butt for ordering steak here, should have left that to the steakhouses. The service was slow for it being less than quarter filled in occupants. We did consider the fact that being that our waiter was also the bartender. Maybe if we sat at the bar and not in a booth, we would’ve had more attention, drinks being refilled, extra napkins, etc…
