Waited at the door for hostess. Waited at the table for waitress. Finally placed food and drink order. 25 minutes into it and still no drinks so we left… Had a feeling it was only going to get worse… Also asked twice to have channel changed on TV to the Tigers game. Never happened. So difficult to push those little buttons on remote. Waitress walked by our table 5x and nothing never said a word. Weird. Other tables appeared to be experiencing same issues. Ended up at Ruby Tuesday was greeted, seated, drinking and watching game within 5 minutes. Perfect!

Do not eat here! The kitchen is an absolute pigsty and the manager was walking around stepping over things rather than making someone clean it up! The fajitas were horrible overseas ones and not even cut properly and full of gristle low-quality meat!

Terrible service! Do not go here unless you don’t mind standing at the door for almost 10 minutes and have no one greet you or seat you. We left because we couldnt even get a seat! It’s 330 in the afternoon, they aren’t busy and have plenty of open seats yet they have people waiting to be seated. One couple said they had been waiting for 15 mins for a table for two! We will not be back. Not to mention the place looked dirty because there was junk all over the floors.

My boyfriend and I are obsessed with their table side guac, so we come here quite often since it’s so conveniently close to our house. But my boyfriend and I must be the only 2 people in history who despise cilantro. Every single thing on the menu has cilantro in it. I go to order something, and I say no cilantro and the server comes back to tell me cilantro is in EVERY portion of my meal. I get some people love cilantro, but for the cilantro haters like myself and my boyfriend. Who find cilantro to taste like dish soap and ruin every bite of our meal. They should at least include a «Cilantro Free» page to be able to choose from 6 entrees or so for the cilantro haters like us. Or even make 2 options of every premix, one with, one without. What if I was allergic? I’d never ever be able to eat here. See how many times I used the word«cilantro»? It’s triple on their menu.

During this year’s Veteran’s Day, I wasn’t sure of all the offers being made to vets like myself. Someone suggested Chili’s Grill & Bar, so I thought I might give them a try. They had the full menu available, as well as a special menu for vets that day. I ordered a Chipotle chicken lunch bowl meal. There were different items around the bowl when they brought it out to me. I ate some of this, and some of that. Ok, so halfway thru the meal, I realized I was supposed to mix it all together. Still, it was a great combination and I am so glad I selected it from their Veteran’s Day menu. Oh, so good! This was my 1st visit and I was very pleased with the food, and the service provided. I’m not sure, but I suspect the staff was told that they would be serving veterans that day and I will tell you that they treated me like an honored guest. To the Chili’s employees — Thank you for helping to make my Veteran’s Day special this year!

This blonde bitch walkin around in the blue shirt like she just got it in the ass is ignorant as fuck. It’s 3:30 there’s maybe 7 tables here and she sat us in the center of 3 tables then surrounded by two multiple tables with kids sorry don’t wanna hear their kids being loud and don’t wanna hear the relationship problems at the next table either. Just annoying that I made it clear I wanted a further seat and she tried to cluster us together each time. Then she had the nerve to raise her voice and say is there an issue with this table too? I rolled my eyes and sat down then she said Excuse me! Like bitch get on she looks like she took one too many xanaxs. Lol Servers nice though

So, I come here alot. Love the service, and food. Order the new tacos, spicy, if you don’t want spicy, tell them. My waitress was awesome, Morgan. She went to have them remake it for me, cuz, the chicken was spicy. Had them grilled it, instead. Much better, no spice. Much better. Too many for me to eat, I now have dinner for later. What an awesome waitress she is. This is the only one I come to. Thank you every thing, everyone. Including the manager. Made sure all was great for me..

Bartender is horrible. Entire bar was filthy upon walking in. Once she finally came to the bar she just threw a couple napkins on the bar & said«what can I get ya.» I asked can u get us a rag first please? Then with a minor attitude she threw up a rag & threw all the food salt & pepper all over us! Don’t know if she didn’t care or management never taught her how to wipe a bar without getting everything all over the customers. Should of just walked out. Even while we were there she left the rest of the entire bar dirty. As people sat she jus threw napkins up & said«what can I get ya». She has already won worst battened of «my» 2015. If management cared this would have never happened. If I would have seen a manager I would of talked to them. No I would never eat there again! Mike

Place was really busy! Perhaps this place needs more help because seems like all the waitstaff and cooks are overworked and service is slow was snails. Took awhile to get drinks, appetizer, food, refills. I ordered burger bites and they were burnt to a crisp and missing toppings. Bun was hard as a rock but the waitress brought my food back without any questions and I was brought fresh food and fries. Burger was juicy and came with all the toppings like it was supposed to. This isn’t my first choice, especially this location. P.S enjoy reading the 10 page menu and good luck deciding on a meal.

I called in a reservation and put my name on the waiting list at this location I then waited in the waiting room for over 40 minutes just to be told that my reservation was never put in. Instead of trying to make the issue right once the hostess was confronted they acted like it was my fault and did nothing to help the situation. I even called upon leaving and ask to speak with the manager I was hoping to get the table rushed forward and possibly an apology. The manager of this establishment basically told me that they have enough business to not be affected if I were to stop being a Chili’s customer

While back in town for the holidays I met up with a large group of my friends. We went to Dooley’s across the street, but the Lions were playing so there were no seats. We decided to go for Chili’s. The restaurant was very accommodating to our large(10ish) group. Our server was excellent and very helpful and fast. We ordered a lot of food and it was served together. We got chips and salsa and our server gave it to the whole table which was nice. Chili’s has really changed their menu and presentation. There were a lot of good options everything was presented nicely. I would definitely go back!

Great service. Great food. The manager came to our table to see how everything was going and I told him that the little washee’s they gave out to customers was a definate plus. I go to Chili’s in Warren all the time and have never had a washee given to me. When the Warren restaurant ran out of items, it was the Roseville Chili’s that came to their rescue and sent the food items that the vendor failed to deliver. I like the way the two restaurant work together as a team to keep their customer happy.

My friend and I were running errands and decided to come here for a quick ‘pick me up’ margarita and an appetizer. Even hungover and craving food as if I hadn’t eaten in days. I was a little disappointed with Chili’s. One good thing about our lunch/drink date: The president margaritas are really good. I’m not a huge tequila fan but I was hoping something other than beer would make me feel better from a long night of drinking. It took 2 servers to bring 2 margaritas because they were shaking them up at our table.(something new for me). They poured our drinks and left the shakers on the table that were still More than half way full. I know the margarita glasses were small, but I thought it was a good amount of alcohol for about $ 7. No complaints there. Now lets talk food. My friend and I decided to get soup(I got the southwest chicken soup while she got the chicken enchilada soup). The soup was good but not as hot as I would have wanted it. Listen, it’s cold outside, I’m drinking a cold Margarita. I need something to warm me up. I cant complain that much though because I ate it all. We then decided to split the Triple Dipper and went with the southwest egg rolls, boneless buffalo wings and spinach dip. I do love their egg rolls and spinach dip but how can you mess up boneless wings. oh I’ll tell you: By being cold and old. I bit into the chicken and it tasted like it was sitting out for way too long and the sauce was all dried up. the service was slow, I could tell that other tables around me were getting annoyed. I was just happy that I had good company and a strong margarita keeping me occupied. If there was a Lions game on, maybe I would have been happier. Oh. and there was a hair in my water. I didn’t catch it until I was almost done with my drink which totally grossed me out. I’m not going to chop this off my list of restaurants. it was just a bad day.

Not what i’m used to from Chili’s. I was a regular at the Chili’s in Rochester for years, but this was some time ago. I was in the area and I wanted to get a glimpse of the Lions game and get some lunch so I hadn’t been into this Chili’s before so I figured it was about time I ducked in and had a look. The outside had been remodeled a couple of weeks ago and it really adds a lot of character to the building overall. The inside has a huge circular bar next to the dining room that reminded me more of Outback’s setup than what i’ve seen in a Chili’s, but nice and open atmosphere. Now for the food, I was put off a bit by the pricing, which they tagged me $ 5.60 for a bottle of Sam Adams. Normally when I pay those kinds of prices for 1 bottle of beer it was either made right there on the premises or there are half naked women dancing on the tables. Neither one came true. I had a Chicken, Bacon, Avocado Sandwich that was on a lovely Pretzel Roll(pic uploaded), and it was really good, but had but a tiny sliver of Avocado on each half of the sandwich. Now if this sandwich was like a $ 5 sandwich at Wendy’s, I could let it go, but instead they clipped me $ 10.50 for the privilege of enjoying watching the Lions tank against Cleveland and to not put a bit more avocado on the sandwich is damn near theft. All you had to do is not screw it up Chili’s. Shaving pennies will cost you dollars long run. You would think they would have learned after what happend to them in Australia.

I hadn’t been to a Chili’s in forever, but I went here on a date yesterday and we did the 2 for $ 20 menu. Service was fast, the food was good, and my water glass was always kept full — can’t really ask for anything else! I had the 6 oz. sirloin with sides of mashed potatoes, no gravy/toppings, and the candied apples, which were delicious, and we split a chipotle chicken flatbread — it’s a bit spicy but also pretty good. I’d come here again if I was ever in the area.
