As far as chain restaurants go, Chile’s is my favorite. They always seem to be right on track with the latest trends unlike some of the others like them. My girlfriend and I decided on the 2 for $ 20 dinner which comes with an appetizer and 2 meals. For our appetizer was got the chips & salsa. They used to be addicting… and they still are. They’re bottomless and it’s a good thing. You’ll end up getting a few refills. I got the 6 oz sirloin which came with broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes. The steak itself was excellent. I asked for it medium-rare and actually got it that way! It was very tender and juicy. Definitely a great steak for a chain. The mashed potatoes were fine. Nothing too exciting to say. They were generic. The broccoli was blanched but seasoned nicely. All in all, not a bad place to grab a quick dinner that doesn’t break the bank but still has some flavor to it.

This restaurant is good. If you’re in the area and want a bite, this place won’t let you down.

One of my favorite casual chain restaurants. Used to go to Applebee’s, but you can’t beat the tableside guac! Servers have been nothing but polite and I tend to avoid rush times, so I’ve never had to wait to be seated. I enjoy how flavorful my food always is. Not super authentic, but tasty nonetheless.

Great experience. I usually avoid chains, but didn’t feel like dealing with the crazy Vday crowds at other places. Our server John was superb. Loved him. The food was really good, as well. 80s music was entertaining and pleasant to hear. :-) I have to admit that I was surprised at both the food and the service. Thanks, John!

We sat in the bar. Very unattentive bartender(we had to grab him to order first round, second round, and appetizer). He couldn’t explain much of the food to us. We ordered the smoked wings — they were almost undercooked, and although they smelled wonderful, the sauce was on the side and we were underimpressed. Wish he could have recommended something else.

I have never experienced worse service from a restaurant in my life. Servers hardly ever came by our table in the 45 minutes we were there. I found it almost impossible to get a refill, and the bussers refused to bus our tables. The manager was little help, and I would never return to this restaurant. Extremely disappointed as their food is always very well prepared.

I have had Cajun pasta with chicken three times the last 2 weeks and every time it’s been exceptional. Waiters different every time have all been great, specially our waiter today was the best of all, very friendly, making sure our needs were met and giving us room at the same time Will certainly come back!

Used to love it here… saddens me that I can no longer say that. Chips are often cold and the guacamole not blended well. The meals have gotten soggy and not tasty and all. Salsa is good though.

Chilies has really gone downhill. No more: Southwest vegetable soup, no more awesome blossom and their black bean burger pales in comparison to winners like Blue Door Pub. Margaritas were so watered down you could see it and if you are going to sell 2 for 1 let us know. I’d rather share one than have so many glasses on the table. We also tried a dessert that was so sweet my 6 year old son wouldn’t finish it. Yuck. And this used to be in my top10.

I went to this restaurant. In fact, i had been waiting about 20 min until the waiter came to me. I ordered mini-burger. Yes, It is not bad; however, i found a hair in my plate.

Chain. . Given that as long as the food /service is both good and consistent two thumbs up This one is above most other similar establishments of this type of food that I have recently consumed at. Food is what I expect: perhaps even a little better effort put in here. Service was far better than most. Kudo. .. I have historically not always been pressed by this chain as a whole. .. Will try more again.

Place was filthy! My daughter’s fountain drink was brown water… syrup ratio not correct. Food was just OK… not worth the prices though. Server was apathetic and I couldn’t understand a work he mumbled. Not very happy!

This place reminds me of the cooking skills I had in high school, nothing special the tastes are just greasy, they trick the uneducated consumers with bright colored garnishes to make the meals look fancy when really it’s either different colored beans or tortilla chips. If that doesn’t scream desperation I don’t k ow what does. The reason why the service is hit or miss here is the waiters make $ 5 – 7 and hour and don’t care all that much. I won’t tip a super friendly waiter if the food is nothing better then I can warm up in 5 minutes in my microwave Or 20 minutes in my oven. Stop giving 5 Stars to a business that deserves 0−1… This place is the Little Caesars or chain sit down restaurants. Does Little Caesars get 5 stars because they can make a profit off a 90¢ pizza they charge 5 $ for to white trash that think their getting a great deal?

We had a great time eating and conversing with my grandparents and cousin. The food we had was excellent and the service was even better. I would absolutely go back to this restaurant.

I’ve been here a couple of times now and the only thing I really like about it is the Foursquare check in deal where they give you chips and salsa. Needless to say this time I checked out the nachos and was not impressed. It was literally 12 chips. Seriously, 12! They didn’t even give me enough toppings to cover half of them either. Hey where’s the salsa? It sure wasn’t on my plate. The one plus on that plate was that they covered it in real cheese. But guess what, if the chip isn’t firm, it isn’t going to hold anything. Mine were floppy. I picked it up and it just sagged over, like a limp noodle. On a side note, when I ask for sour cream on the side, I meant the side and not the middle of the plate. Now I can understand the need to try and individualize the style of food, but nachos are not the app to do it in. They can definitely improve this dish. My conclusion: pass on the nachos!

This Chili’s used to be at the top of our list for frequent lunch orders. They changed their menu a bit, and adjusted portions of what the boss likes to eat(salmon and chicken) to be waaaaay too small, so we’ve moved on to different, greener pastures. Like most Chili’s, this one has decent food, big portions for the price on everything except the aforementioned salmon and chicken. It’s a cookie cutter restaurant — nothing special. Today, I was charged with lunch pick up duties for the office, and Chili’s was the pick. I came in through the separate«To Go» entrance and stood at the desk where I could see my food waiting. Three employees looked me in the eye, looked down at the floor, and walked past without so much as saying hi or «someone will be right with you». I think I waited at least three minutes before an employee acknowledged my presence. I was not impressed. The lady who finally said hi had to go get a different gentleman — presumably the person running the take out desk, or quite possibly the manager. They were friendly enough, but seemed rushed and tired… not super excited to see anyone. On the whole, this is somewhere we will come again. Their menu is wide and varied, so it’s sure to please most of the office most of the time. The staff needs a little attitude adjustment, or at least a pot of coffee. Their VIP ordering club is nice — $ 25 rewards on future orders for frequent diners. Sweet.

When did everything go automated? There is a small touch screen about the siza of an ereader… you can order your food and then pay. Too bad this causes the waitress to disappear. Sheesh. I miss old fashion good customer service. Good concept but impersonal.

I’m giving Chili’s a 5 star because frankly it is the only chain restaurant of this style that we frequent anymore. Chili’s manages to keep the american food good and fattening without tasting like everything just came out of the freezer. Although I know that it just came out of the freezer, I appreciate that Chili’s never spoils. The service is always really friendly and fast, and the smells that come from the building lures my nose and appetite in every time. You can’t beat the 2 for $ 20 deal either. we always leave full and satisfied. Down with Applebee’s & TGIFriday’s! I’m voting Chili’s in the 2012 election.

I don’t normally write reviews for chain type of restaurants but I need to write about our nice Waiter we had today. Today I met my niece for lunch and we had the nicest Waiter ever! He was attentive, personable, and seemed like he really cared if our food was served perfectly and our drinks were full. My niece and I both are saucy type of girls so there is always alot of extras with our orders and he got it all spot-on. We also talk nonstop like two high school teenagers and he seemed to time perfectly when to check in on us. Thinking back on my many visits here, most of them happy hour visits, our service always is pretty good and the food is consistent. You know what you are going to get. I think the lunch specials are really good, I love the chicken enchilada soup. If you subscribe to their club online, you will also get coupons for free entrees and/or appetizers once in a while.
