Computer Revolution

I had a series of difficulties with a PC I purchased from them. They attended to the repairs quickly; and when it eventually became apparent I’d simply gotten a bad one, they were very attentive to my having a good experience as a customer. The Manager/​Owner met with me to select a new PC, with a generous credit.
The only reason I don’t give 5 stars here is that the communication with staff leading up to the realization I needed a different PC was confusing and frustrating. They are friendly, but they did not seem attuned to the customer’s frustration. Finally, I had to request to talk to the Manager in order to get things to happen, and then he was quick to accommodate me.
I recommend them; and I would shop there again because of how they resolved my situation. They have little control over the problems that arise, but it’s how they handle the problems that matters. They are small, but they have a quality selection and they seem committed to the individual customer’s satisfaction; I greatly prefer them over the «big box» stores.

A++ Service. You get what you pay for. Kyle and the team are FANTASTIC people. They not only went the extra mile and kept in contact to make sure that all my bizarre requests were filled. But answered all of my questions, gave me a list of websites, and were all around top notch tech service pros. High Five!

I walked in and waited only about 5 minutes. I was treated immediately and told I will be with you in a moment. The guy was very helpful and nice he gave me an estimate quickly and I was able to decide if I would like my computer fixed or not. The estimate price it seems fair and it seems like a nice good place to have your computer work done.

Went in. Nobody around. Walked around for a bit. Hello? I could hear people chatting in the back. HELLO?! Do you have torx drivers for installing a hard drive. No. You sell hard drives? Yes. But no tools to install them? Blank look. Know where to get them? Nope. Don’t you think you should sell them? Blank look. Any suggestions? Nope. If he didn’t give me so much attitude I wouldn’t have even bothered to write this review. I realize you don’t make a lot of money at a place like this, but don’t take it out on your customers.

Crashed my hard drive and although they couldn’t get it back, they were very nice about trying. Ended up buying a used computer from them — $ 239 — good price, works well, MS XP. Good experience.
