Very friendly staff and delicious cookies. They typically have great groupon deals, which is great for large parties

My Children like to stop in for cookies after school. We went today and ordered 6 cookies. I see the board that shows frosted cookies are $ 2, but upon checkout get told that they are $ 3.50 each since they have a few squiggly lines that say«Love you». Maybe a little bit more transparency in pricing would be good, it is a matter of principle!

Super weird. They were out of vanilla ice cream — that’s ¼ of their available flavors. And one of the employees was on her phone the whole time. Not impressed with that. The mint chip was grainy. But their cookies were a saving grace. We had oatmeal chocolate chip, the m&m cookie, and a rascal. They were all really good. I have heard great things about the vanilla ice cream though, so I am hoping they will have it next time.

Best cookies ever! They have a lot of flavors you don’t normally see and everything I’ve ever tried there is delicious! Definitely have to try the smores cookie! It’s like being right at the campfire but without all the smoke! Very reasonable prices but bonus point for their amazing groupon they have sometimes!

Best cookies hands down. Forget Mrs Fields… no competition to this place. My favorite is a cookie of the week by the name of Rocky Road… chocolate cookie with a marshmallowy filling and a phenomenal chocolate frosting. Also love the Chocolate Chip M&M, Crackle, and Carmello, but honestly there is no bad cookie in this place! All delicious!!! Bonus, on Saturdays children under 12 get a free cookie of their choice(excludes frosted sugar, but all other flavors are fair game from what I’ve seen!)

There’s a reason why my husband and I come in here 2 – 3 times a week(so bad, I know) but the cookies here are literally a party in your mouth. I come in hoping to get just one or two, but I always end up getting three, and finish it within 15 minutes. What’s even better is the girls that work here. They are the friendliest people I have ever met and even throw in a cookie or two for free sometimes!(If you’re loyal like us ;)) Favorite cookies so far: Oatmeal chocolate chip Crackle Carmelo Lemon Drop Rascal S’more

Cookies are so delicious, but the service is bitter. I sent my husband to go get cookies while I was at a meeting. I’ve had mediocre service here before but hearing it from my husband was different. We both work retail and understand how much it takes to serve people. Maybe all the ladies there were having a bad day… but it always seems like they are having a bad day. I would rather drive to the Sacramento location to get better service. Awesome cookies, great prices, but poor service.

Cookies are awesome but they let me down when i needed them. I ordered 7 dozen cookies for my sisters baby shower. I ordered 5 days in advance. The girl told me itd be ready on this day after 10am. Im thinking awesome. So when i came to pick up my order. The girls workig there didnt even know about my order. They found out no one ever baked the cookies. So they gave me 7dozen of what was in the display case. I didnt even get the same cookies i ordered because there wasnt enough of everything. So i would have half a dozen of m&ms and half a dozen or oatmeal butterscotch. The total for 7dozen cookies was suppose to be $ 121 but they charged me $ 54 since no one made my order and i didnt even get everything i wanted. Totally fair but come on if i order days in advance there is no reason why i shouldnt have my order.

After a delicious lunch at the Roundhouse Deli the sweet tooth needed to be dealt with. They have tons of specialty cookies but I can never pass up chocolate chip. Theirs does not disappoint. It is moist, flavorful and loaded with chips. Nice work Cookie Connection.

Every time I’ve been there, they have been out of Ice cream. Some cookies are good, but I venture to say, the only reason Cookie Connection remains in business is because of a lack of competition. Not worth the frustration.

These cookies are so wonderful and so very yummy! I can’t get enough its so hard not to go every day. They are a great size, they are moist. Not to moist, never hard. Not even the next day. Sometimes we get a six pack! I love the chocolate crackle the powdered sugar is so good on it! They are all good.

Love there cookies. Soft and big. We all enjoy them. And I am not to big on sugar. But I like this place. Just wish there was a store in the north area

I love: Almond Joy! Son loves: S’ mores Husband loves: Snickerdoodle All of our LEAST favorite: peanut butter! So much pb flavor… too much. Not a baker so I do not know why it is, we all generally like pb cookies just fine. Smells incredible in here and staff is generally upbeat.

I used to groupon to get 13 cookies(nice number huh?) I got a wide variety of cookies to taste. They were large and certainly in charge. They were big like a grapefruit. These were certainly not single serve size cookies. I shared them with 10 other people and we still didn’t even finish them for a few days. The only issue i really had was that i had to drive to this location two times in order to get cookies. Apparently they are closed on Sunday’s which is the perfect cookie and ice cream kind of day. I dont know what they are thinking. The parking lot is quite small and shared with several other very popular places, including chiplote.

Sweet dreams are made of these. Who am I to disagree? I could simply quote the Eurythmics, but that wouldn’t do justice to just how tasty these little sweet and savory treats truly are. I walked in at 7 pm on a Wednesday with a couple friends expecting my usual experience at cookie shops: a half-empty case filled with a sad selection of a couple basics sliding down the wax paper into eventual extinction. Instead, their case was stocked full of big, thick, plump and warm little baked creations in a whole host of flavors and combinations I never imagined. We promptly bought a couple dozen and were even talked into buying a bag of day-olds since they looked just as good and were almost half the cost. Upon eating our purchase, we all agreed that the Cookie Connection lives up to its name.

This was my second visit, the first time was two years ago. The first visit the cookies were great, big and fresh! On this recent visit the cookies tasted boring. They were good but didn’t make me go wow. The white choc macadamia had a miniscule amount of nuts maybe two or three small pieces, very dissapointing. I noticed the prices had gone up as well, I believe they were $ 1.75 each. The parking lot is a nightmare, small and serves a lot of businesses so be patient! Overall it is a cool place if you don’t want to make your own cookies, but I think homemade taste much better!

So tempting not to devour the dozen of cookies we got today! I picked up chocolate chip and oatmeal with chocolate chip cookies. Found them in the day old cookies section which are $ 12 for a dozen… Score! I also got one M&M’s cookie for my son and the gal gave it to him and didn’t charge us for it. Awesome! They have a great selection of cookies which makes it difficult to choose. You want one or two and end up walking out of there with a dozen! The cookies are soft, creamy, chewy and might I add huge! It melts in your mouth good, I think the cookies may be full of butter! The day old oatmeal w/choc chip cookies weren’t as great a day old later compared to the chocolate chip cookies. I want to try the crackle ones next time. They have great daily deals(Monday $ 1.25 cookies, Thurs Buy 3 and get one free, Saturday Kids under 10 get a free cookie) and also have the Groupon deals periodically.
