How do you know you have a good doctor. Well, there are probably many ways, but one way for sure is when half way through a procedure that is going to cost in the thousands, and has been approved by insurance, the doctor changes plan, and goes with a simpler procedure that will only cost in the hundreds, based on what he has discovered during the work — and states afterwards«I decided to do this because the approved procedure wasn’t medically necessary». Been with these guys 10+ years now. No complaints. It is dentistry after all — it’s not like you are going to enjoy going there or anything! But they are always friendly, always explain things well, clean, professional. Its all good!

We have been searching for the right dentist for our family since we moved to the area seven years ago. Courtyard Dental has proven to be the practice we had been looking for all these years. The office is run very efficiently and all of the staff are extremely pleasant and professional. Dr. Stacey Holm, was personable, professional and gentle. They respect your time as much as their own, which is very important to me. The entire operation is a class act. I recommend the office now to all of my friends.

Just be forwarned that they do not stand by their dental work. I had paid at the time $ 800.00 for something I was told«would /should» last 15 – 20 years. Well folks, 3.5 years later it failed and they would not fix(for free) or repair at at discount. Actually blamed me for it happening… LOL. My new dentist can’t believe they did not repair.

We have been patients of Dr. Michelle Inouye for about 16 years now. Dr. Inouye is an articulate, painless, perfectionist, which equates to a great dentist in my book. She would get 5 stars if it wasn’t so hard to get in to see her… she only works two days a week but she is worth the wait.
