Dry Solutions

Jim Lea is awesome! We’ve had him clean our carpets twice now (have lived in our house just over two years). He was referred to us by a friend and he did not disappoint! Very kind, respectful, hard working, and thorough. He helped us move our furniture and knick knacks and got a stain/​pet accident odor out of the carpet that I hadn’t been able to remove no matter how many cleaning solutions I used. Our house is big and almost completely carpeted, so it’s a big job. But he got it done quickly and expertly.
And the carpet really does dry fast. It was January both times we’ve used Jim, so it was cold. But that didn’t keep the carpet from drying fast. By the evening of the same day he treated it, it was pretty much all dry. Same for the upholstery on our couches.
As long as DrySolutions is in business, we’ll only go to Jim! Definitely recommend him for everyone’s carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.

I hired Jim to clean my carpets when I bought my house 5 years ago and he did a great job then! I loved the process he uses because my original hardwood floors are still under my carpets and his process doesn’t soak the floor like others do.
I have a cat and have had a dog now for 4 years and my carpets were looking pretty sad. With the holidays coming I really wanted to spruce the place up a bit so I called Jim back last week to see if cleaning would make a difference. I didn’t think the carpets would look so good again and was surprised to see how great they looked when I got home. My Mom was at my house to meet Jim and she was also very impressed with how thorough he was. He really goes above and beyond and does a fantastic job! I highly recommend him!
