This store makes my heart flutter every time I come for a visit. Whether it’s their insane variety of well organized stones, each with their own cliff-notes card so you can study their meaning and origin, healing bracelets, healing candles and oils, statues, lamps, tarot and angel cards, the list goes on and on, or all the classes they offer here that I’ve gotten to take from learning tarot, to healing classes, to getting to know their healers and their staff… The ladies who work here are all so fantastic in their own individual ways. They all bring their own gifts that make this place so special to me and each visit here is special and fun and I learn something new every time. If you’re just starting out on your spiritual journey, this is a really warm and welcoming place to get started on learning about your new path and if you’re more seasoned, this shop has just about every goodie you could ever hope for!

Love this place!!! My sister brought me in and I’ve been bringing people ever since… Big selection for such a mid size building. The staff is great willing to help but let you be to yourself and your thought until needed! =) they always have info that I need and if they don’t know it they will pull out a book right then and get it for you. Any time one of my team members that works for me is having a bad day we will take a ride down and grab a few incense and stones to pick us right back up will continue to come back.

Nice selection of crystals and stones in various forms, I like how they have small paper descriptions of each that you can take and place in the bags provided for the stones, also prices were decent.

This place is a hidden gem or should I say it has thousands of hidden gems. My favorite is all the stunning crystals and stones in both crude shape and tumbled into beautiful shapes. Each is designated to its own cubby and scientifically-labeled. There are crystals I’ve never even heard of. There is the scent corner with many, many fragrances of incense and essential oils perfect for any type of aromatherapy you want. There are trinkets from various parts of the world as well as tarot cards, books, and a jewelry corner with pre-made or supplies to make your own. This store is ideal to find a gorgeous gift to yourself or a lovely unique gift for anyone else. I like how friendly the staff were and didn’t follow you around like some small shops do and even mentioned classes they give about the healing power of crystals.

I purchased over @120.00 worth of items on 10÷24÷15. I got several items as gifts for friends and 2 personal crystal pendents for myself. The employee selected a silver chain for me that was long enough so the pendents could hang over my heart. The next day the chain broke right where the pendents hang opposite from the clasp. The pendents were in my bra and the chain was just hanging, it was tucked inside the t shirt I was wearing. I called the store to see about getting a store credit or replacement and the person implied that I was lying about how the chain broke. She said«Maybe it got caught on something or maybe your dog pulled it. We have no way of knowing how your chain broke.» Funny because I just told them how my chain broke so, in essence; they are implying that I’m a liar. I had the chain for 24 hrs. It was very fine, apparently not durable enough to hold two crystals. I have never been treated in such a suspicious and negative manner. Their demeanor is quite the opposite when you’re in the store spending money. The chain was only $ 20.00 but the lesson I learned was worth much more than the cost of the chain. I will never buy anything from this store that treats people with such a lack of respect. We were going to take some classes there and there were other items in the store that I would’ve purchased later. Thats never going to happen now. Buyer beware of Everlasting Gifts unfair return policy and rude employees.

I attended one of the classes and it was extremely informative and authentic. I would definitely recommend the classes taught by Sandra K.

More like Everlasting Unpleasantness. After several months as a customer purchasing hundreds of dollars in merchandise and class fees, my mother attempted to return a faulty piece of jewelry only to be denied. The 14 day return/exchange policy is clearly displayed however there’s apparently an exception for jewelry. She was treated with a lack of respect especially considering frequent flyer status. Unfortunately for them, we’ll be taking our business elsewhere and advising all to do the same. Planet Earth Rising in Folsom continues to be the best in both products and services. Well worth the longer drive to avoid this terrible experience again.

I try to be fair in all my reviews so this is the Pros and Cons of Everlasting gifts. Pros: –They have pretty nice selection of crystals and books and other spiritual items to choose from. –Staff are kind and respectful –Nice clean and smells good. Cons: –Price is most definitely marked up more than other crystal shops. From small chips to bigger pieces. Ive been to many crystal shops and this one specifically always cost up to twice and three times as much as other shops. Purchasing a small piece of $ 5 Aragonite you can buy a much bigger piece(3−5x’s in size) in other shops. A piece of tumbled chips smaller than my pinky finger nail cost $ 1 – 2 but in others it will easily be 050cents. –Also, be aware that 98% of their cintrine they sell are«Heat treated amethyst». Their polish points are what I believe to be natural citrine. Genuine citrine is much harder to come by. Heat treated Amethyst is actually a quite common process, however, i dont believe it is ethical to sell it labeled as «Citrine». It has the look of citrine but the attributes are Essentially amethyst. The chemical compositions are different so the energy cannot be duplicated. Anyone who tells you that it is the same isnt as knowledgeable about crystals and how they work. Im not saying it is the management’s fault(unless they are aware of it, in which case would be) but i feel if it is a business, that a business should be aware of what they sell and disclose it to customers for honest trade. Other than that! the place is nice ambiance is lovely. Just those things to take into consideration. No place is perfect but as a business owner myself honesty and fair trade is what i strive for and hope all business have atleast those fundamentals.

I agree with JM, and with Anna D and Barbara P(look in «Not recommended» reviews at the bottom). Once when I came here I looked around awhile, but nothing caught my eye so I started to walk to the door. A very large woman hollered at me and told me to come back. When I did, she said, «I just wanted to greet you,» in a snooty way. I looked at her quizzically, smiled and said hello and started to walk away again, and again she ordered me to come back very loudly so she could«greet» me again!!! 1. What happened to walking out from around the counter to greet customers nicely? 2. Are you insane that you wouldn’t let a customer leave the store until you ordered her to do something, and she obeyed you??? Unbelievable. This week I went into exchange a bracelet from here that broke — beads all over the floor. There were three women at the front counter, all discussing personal stuff, one of them eating and talking with her mouthful, showing food to everyone. Yuck, so low class. I told the girl standing nearest the register that I had purchased the bracelet here, that it broke and I wanted to exchange it. She looked away with a nasty look on her face for a couple of seconds, like she couldn’t believe how stupid I was. Then she looked at me and said, «No.» I said again, «it’s a quality problem, you can send it back to the person who made it.» She gave me more attitude, again in a very demeaning manner, so I asked for the owner. She pointed to the woman eating with her mouth open and talking, who had been watching the whole thing and was only a few feet away. I said the same thing to her. She looked at me in a disgusted manner like I was an idiot and said, «No.» She told me I could buy another one but they don’t exchange. Great! Your merchandise is shoddy, you are rude and condescending, and I’m «allowed» to buy more from you? As JM said, they treated me like I’d stolen something or was trying to rip them off. Now I understand, if you think the customer might’ve broken the product, that you wouldn’t want to be taken advantage of. But that snotty, sarcastic, flat«no» and condescending attitude is a great way to lose customers. Stay away from this place if you don’t want to be treated in a hostile and insulting manner, and know that their merchandise falls apart(I’m not the only one in these reviews who’s mentioned that.) Plus it’s all very, very overpriced. For a place that supposed to be mellow and all about consciousness-raising, these people get an F minus!

I came to this store specifically to look at their offerings of stones and crystals. They have a nice wide variety, and they have a collection of pocket-size stones that start out low as $ 1, with descriptions of some of their healing benefits on little slips to take home with your purchases. I appreciate that their pocket selection is sorted alphabetically so it’s easy to find something you’re looking for. They also have larger pieces available for better prices than I’ve seen at other stores(at least compared to the ones I’ve been to in southern California), though this of course will vary by stone as well. For awhile when I first walked in, I did feel somewhat untrusted, like I couldn’t browse easily because I had a store associate over my shoulder while I was looking around. That said, she was still helpful – I didn’t notice the baskets at the door nor the baggies for the stones and she pointed them out to me. I admit I like being able to hang out and sort of get to know my stones before I make purchases, and I didn’t notice anywhere to sit and chill out. Again, this is also somewhat compared to what I’ve seen in the stores I’ve been to in the Los Angeles area. I will say I did peek at some of the other things in the store, and the good prices were pretty much available all around. Decent prices on the singing bowls and I picked up an oil diffuser. Overall it was a pleasant visit, I may pop in again some day in the future.

I think it’s great that there is such a store like Everlasting Gifts, for their great selection. I’ve visited a few times and purchased something each time. The service was accommodating up until I needed to make a return. They have a very clear return policy for exchanges only. That’s fine. But when I went to ask for a return, because some earrings I had purchased for my wife were irritating her ears, I was treated like is was out to scam them. They questioned me as to why they would be irritating my wife’s ears and that it shouldn’t be doing that, and had we tried cleaning the earrings, etc.(which we had done). My point is, if you have a return policy, honor it and respect your customers. Simple as that. I left with a balance of additional store credit, but I didn’t even want to go back after that experience. And unfortunately they’ve lost my business for good.

Everlasting Gifts is such a beautiful and special store filled with crystals, stones, jewelry, books, music, and all things healing. I felt such a calming, serene, and peaceful presence wash over me upon entering and knew right then I’d find what I was looking for. Everything I saw was absolutely fantastic. I didn’t get the name of the female clerk helping me, but she was very welcoming(this was my first visit), extremely gracious, and beyond knowledgeable about the stones and crystals they offer. I was looking for several gemstone bracelets, and she stopped in the middle of her inventory duties to help me find ones that fit, even going so far as looking in the back for more options. I also found a gorgeous amethyst angel for my bestie among their extensive angel collection in various gemstones. She opened several jewelry cases for me to ogle the moonstones, black obsidian, clear quartz… you name it, they pretty much had a piece with the stone. I didn’t feel any pressure to purchase yet was quite comfortable roaming around the store admiring all they had to offer. Other employees never hesitated to answer any questions I had regarding gemstone meanings, classes they offer, etc. Thank you a million times for the much needed healing and balancing experience your store gave me. I truly wish I lived closer to indulge in all your wonderful spiritual goodies, but that won’t stop me from visiting as often as I can and sharing your store with others.

Every time I walk in here I see something that I didn’t see before. Everything for all your spiritual needs like sage, incense to burn, candles of every color of the rainbow and rocks, hundreds and hundreds of rocks. The people who work behind the counter are super helpful and very attentive to who is in their store. Making sure that you’re finding everything ok, and are on hand to answer any questions that you may have. I have 2 reasons why this place only gets 4 stars and not 5. Reason 1) No dried herbs besides sage and some other woods. 2) All the stones are extremely expensive. I was looking for pieces for 2 people to give as gifts, both were about the size of a dime and ended up costing me almost $ 60! But I’ll still be back, regardless of the prices… I’ve got my eye on a tibetan singing bowl in the corner.
