I am very pleased with the look and installation of 3 glass block windows. Chris arrived promptly on time and was finished in about an hour and a half. He did a very neat job, both inside and out. The cementing around the windows on the inside and out is very neat and he cleaned up perfectly afterwards. The price is very reasonable and the vents look good. I may actually be able to get some fresh air in the basement next year. I would highly recommend Chris and this company.

You can’t go wrong with these guys. Chuck, our installer, did an excellent job. Everything looks great and he thoroughly cleaned up the work area. I thought about doing the job myself, but their installed price was less than buying assembled glass block units from Lowe’s, Menard and Home Depot. The whole thing, removal of the old basement windows and installation, took about an hour for four windows. It isn’t worth the time and trouble when you’ve got good people like Chuck. The windows he removed were 20-years old, drafty and rusted. Don’t let yours get to this point. This is an inexpensive fix to a drafty house. The units are 3″ thick glass blocks held together with silicone adhesive, then mortared in place. Avoid mortar between glass blocks. Silicone is the way to go. The vent window unit is vinyl. I’m very happy I found them.

We have an older home and the glass block windows in the basement seemed to be falling apart. Experienced Glass Block came out and advised us that we didn’t need all new windows, we just needed the mortar around the windows redone and sealed. They were able to come out the next week and complete the job within only a few hours. So far it seems like they did a great job and left very little mess when they were finished. I would recommend them to other people who need glass block window repairs!
