Gave Me My Life Back – CANNOT thank KC enough!
KC loves what he does and because of that, my quality of life is restored.
After my knee injury, my life went to hell for 2+ years. I couldn’t do anything without pain or discomfort in my knee, then my other knee, then my back and hip and finally my Achilles – I didn’t know what the hell what going on with my body. I gained a lot of weight and I kept experiencing these SETBACKS as I tried to get back to me. I didn’t have the energy I normally had, I didn’t look like me and I was getting punked by dudes I use to dominate on the pitch or on the basketball court or wherever. I thought the good days were over!
Then in 2013, I spoke to KC about my issues, he conducted a FitScore Assessment to assess my body’s strengths and deficiencies and he performed a running assessment to analyze the efficiency or lack of efficiency in my running gait which impact the degree of stress on my body. Ignorance is not bliss!!!
KC created a customized rehab and training regimen to eliminate the knee problems, the back pain and the Achilles’ issue I was experiencing. Once my body «healed itself» with KC’s guidance, he showed me exercises that pushed me to my limits that I never did before.
His creativity, combinations and repetitions make each session very unique, informative and challenging. There is not enough money in the world for me to put a value on what KC has given back to me in terms of my quality of life and knowledge about my body. Feels good to be me again!!!
