Folks, it doesn’t get any better than this. We are talking about professionals who are knowledgeable, understand the complex nuances of the real estate market, and who are fully transparent throughout all transactions.
I have purchased two separate pieces of real estate properties through the offices of Alex and his staff. On both occasions, they were with me from beginning to end.
They don’t «go through the motions,» they actively seek out ways not only to save you money, but also to get you the best deal possible.
In the future, I will be going through their offices once again should I have to make another purchase or acquire a loan for other expenditures.

This company attempted to rip off my mother. They tried to strong arm her in to paying for services before the service was even provided. Then after the service was provided, they requested an additional $ 850. She called me while at the FSF office and I said only to pay what was agreed upon. They then filed a lawsuit against her with no grounds. We went to court with all documentation and Fresh Start Foundation was a no show, so the judge dropped the case. Interestingly enough FSF had filed 3 other cases that same day which were listed on the court docket. Alex Vorobets from FSF then called me and said that unless we wanted them to file another lawsuit (and essentially waste our time) that we should settle with them. We refused, and they never contacted us since nor was a case filed. About a month later I received a call from the California Division of Real Estate because FSF was being investigated due to similar situations with other customers, as well as operating without a license. The investigation was also specificall against our points of contact David Coombes and Alex Vorobets. I would contact the California Division of Real Estate before doing any business with this company.
