I really liked this place a lot! I was glad that Toni suggested it – and especially on a celebration/​sale day!
The inventory could have been a bit deeper, but it sounded like they might be considering a location change, so it made sense that they had things pared down. Still, of the selection they had, everything was in good shape, in clearly marked sizes, and I’d say items were carefully chosen.
I spent a good 45 minutes browsing and trying on, and walked away with a dress, a skirt, an amazing little crest brooch, as well as a shirt for my sweetie for just around $ 40. Totally worth it.
I’ll be returning… and if they do move locations, I’ll be finding them wherever they may go!

I was really happy with my trip to Garment District Vintage. They were having a big sale where everything was 50% off but even before the sale the prices were pretty reasonable. This isn’t a salvation army type of store. You’ll find some designer brands and some more recent styles too. The store is very well organized and the racks are easy to go through. I was expecting to see more clothes however. They do have mens and womens clothes, as well as jewelery, shoes and accessories. The service is very friendly. The dressing rooms were big, clean and I feel like the mirrors made me look slimmer. Nice touch! :)
