I tried Gia for a Brazilian wax through a Groupon. She was easy to schedule an appointment with and she sent a reminder email. Over the phone, she gave me very good directions. I really liked her studio, comfortable, clean and elegant. Gia is very nice and put me at ease. She uses both hard and soft wax. I liked that she used larger wax strips, made for less pain. She is very detail oriented and hygienic. I can definitely recommend this place.

As «professional» as you can be as a business owner with a cellphone this lady hit the nail on the head. However it is still unprofessional to run a business through a cell phone. In my instance, I was lost and needed assistance finding the place and wanted to give a heads up so I called 3 times and texted once. By the time she replied me, she told me it was too late to be seen (15 min after my appt). Had she called me sooner however I would have without a doubt been steered in the right direction within minutes– and possibly been seen… just am not too familiar with that area. This wouldn’t have been so bad if I hadn’t drove all the way from grass valley which took an hour to get to this place. I will say that I am leaving a solid star for her knowledgeable advice on how to refund my groupon.

Gia is so awesome at waxing. Clean, fast, professional and reasonably priced. I had several areas done at once and was still out in 30 minutes. I am a little on the modest side, but she was so friendly and professional that it went by the wayside in no time. I will be recommending GLO to my friends!

Absolutely loved my first time experience with Gia. She is a very professional and knowledgable esthetician.
I called to make an appointment same day and she was able to accommodate! I got a Brazilian and my upper lips sugar waxed for a great deal via groupon. Her room in the back is very clean and sterile. She uses gloves and never double dips, which is great. I loved the waxes she used on me because it made it a lot less painful than usual. She is patient and precise with her strips so the whole process took only 30 minutes (super fast!) I highly recommend coming here.

I found Gia on groupon and she did an amazing job at my Brazilian wax. The location was close to my house and easy to find. She was professional and relaxing. She put me at ease right away. She was quick but thorough. I will definitely be getting my next one from her. I highly recommend getting a Brazilian from Gia. It was one if the best Brazilians I’ve ever gotten. She even did a follow up with my on suggestions to help prevent ingrown hairs (because I am prone to them). She was great!

I found Gia on Groupon and went to her for my second brazilian wax ever and she was great! She was very professional, but also made me feel very relaxed and comfortable (as relaxed as I could be in the situation). She talked me through the whole process and told me what she was doing and why, which I liked. Her shop was clean and very nicely decorated. I will definitely be going back!

I love Gia! She is wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. I am really impressed by her organic scrubs, they are my favorite. They made some really great Christmas gifts. Gia is very personable and she has the best personality. She does amazing work and her prices are great. Love her and «Glo from Head to Toe».
