After snowboarding last Saturday, my back tensed up and hurt like hell. Good thing Keith answered the call on my way back to the bay area. I was able to stop by his place and he did some deep tissue work along with some stretching. Apparently, there was more wrong with me than I originally had thought. Once again, Keith came through in the clutch. I was back to work without any pain on Monday morning. LOVE IT!

I saw Keith twice in the last few months. He gave me the most amazing massage each time. Each one was different, depending on what was happening with my body. I am a Marathon Runner and Keith knew exactly what my body needed to keep me going strong. I live in Berkeley and when I visit my sister in Roseville, I will certainly use Keith as my Massage Therapist. He knows a lot about how the body works which makes it much more than a relaxing experience. It is truly a healing experience to see Keith. He is also very affordable!!! Which is a huge plus.

Keith definitely gets the job done. You come out of the massage feeling like he actually did something for you. I’ve had plenty of massages where I know they are rolling over a knot and they did nothing about it and just went through with their routine. Not with Keith. His massages are relaxing, effective, and affordable. I highly recommend!
