I went to Lafata because it was recommended to me by a friend of my parents. Eric Lafata and his staff went above and beyond to help me get my car repaired in a professional and timely manner. I took it in for hail damage, which was distressing to me for many reasons, one of which being I had just bought the car earlier this summer! Taking your car in for repairs is never fun, but Lafata not only helped me deal with my insurance company, they did the job quickly, answered all my questions and Eric really went out of his way to make sure the process was as inconvenient for me as possible. His office manager Wendy is also super friendly and upbeat.
