Woohoo! Five minutes after I got off the phone with the idiot receptionist, her supervisor calls me and somehow not only manages to give me about half a dozen appointment options for this week and next week, but also apologizes for my difficulty in scheduling a new appointment and for never getting a reminder in the first place.
Lesson learned: The appointment reminder system is faulty, and I will know not to try to go through the receptionist I talked to yesterday. I’ll ask to speak to the other lovely receptionists I usually deal with. The supervisor Bobbie was also very polite and willing to do whatever she could to get my daughter seen as soon as possible, and simply explained their scheduling process. Thank you!
