Zero stars. Mel has the worst customer service I’ve ever run into. I bought a Groupon. I called Mel two separate times with no call back. The third time I called she actually answered the phone. She complained about Groupon but said she would still accept the deal. We found a date for my hair appointment and this date was confirmed with her through 2 separate texts. I came at the time of the appointment and she did not show up. As I was calling looking for her I received another text saying the appointment is the next day at the same time. Thinking I made a mistake, I looked back on my original texts. No. I did not make a mistake, SHE decided to change the appointment. I changed my schedule around for the next day and arrived at HER new time. She did not show up AGAIN. I left her yet another message looking for her and never heard back from her. The only time I ever talked to her was when we made the original appointment. Her service is horrible. There are so many other hairstylists, do not waste your time at Mel’s. Hope this helps.
