I thought they would stand behind their work. I went to Nusmile little under 2 years ago and had two crowns placed in my mouth. I was impressed with their State of the art equippment. I was told by the Dentist I could eat anything I want and they would last 10 to 15 years «no problem». Each crown cost me $ 1500. I was willing to pay that if they could do a good job. One crown just fell out and I was told again by the Dentist that my tooth bellow must of split because their work was done correctly. He also wanted to refer me to someone to pay more money to take an x-​ray of the tooth to see if it was cracked. He said he could not comfirm it. He wanted me to repair the tooth. I told him if the tooth was cracked why would you still want to try and fix it. He paused and said yeah it probably would be better to just replace it. At that point I lost all cofidence in him. I believe the work he did was improperly prepared. He used a build up on the tooth from the previous dentist which failed. If he would have done the job right the first time that would never have happened. Taking a short cut cost me more money. I decided to go to another dentist to get a second opinion and told him what happened. We both felt putting a post and crown would be a permanent solution that would last. I was very disappointed how I was treated at Nusmile. I want a dentist that will stand behind their work not make excuses.

Just walking into this office you realize that you are at special place. The waiting room is decorated beautifully in warm tones and you may enjoy snacks and drinks while you wait. Dr. Kwan is exceptional. He is thorough and knowledgeable and will explain procedures in detail to set your mind at ease. My husband and I have both had many procedures done by Dr. Kwan. He is gentle and caring. He even stopped by my office just to check to see how my husband was doing after a procedure. His pricing is very fair (we don’t have dental insurance). I highly recommend his office.
