I came in this Panda around 9: 50, it closes at 10:30. I wanted Orange Chicken and there was none left I asked them how long it will take to make and the cashier told me about 10 minutes, so I said I will wait. She then told the cook to make it and I’m guessing he didn’t want to make so she then told me that it would actually take them 20 minutes to make. To me it just seemed like the cook didn’t feel like making the orange chicken even thought there was still more than 30 min till they close. I was very disappointed won’t be coming back here again.

Came here late around 830ish last week and it was a tad bit busy but when the orders piled up the service got a little slower. Though late rushes can do that to a business. Overall good casual asian fare that was decently priced, maybe cause I got water with it rather than adding soda. Place was clean, crew got my order right just a little snag due to the rush. 4 stars!

Was out of town for a little and I was in this area, I heard about this panda express having new management so I thought maybe I should try this location, honestly it was OK, food was OK not completely fresh but not really old either, staff was pretty good, quick in getting our food. I would come back but not that often

I should NOT have to wait 15 minutes for friend rice and get the rest of my food cold! Horrible service on a Saturday afternoon and you should see the line its ridiculous. No apologies, no nothing, but cold food and old shrimp that I paid extra for!

I’ve been to many different Panda locations but have never experienced such terrible service as I have at this location. The server declined to give my son fresh honey walnut shrimp even though there was a fresh wok sitting right behind her. She gave him the last remaining pieces in the pan, staying that was the limit. She then dropped one on the counter and didn’t replace it with a new one. The cashier had been arguing loudly with a customer for almost 10 minutes, making the remaining customers uncomfortable. Not cool.

I go here for lunch once in a while during the week, its close to my office and when i want some quick chinese I go here. Its not my favorite but it will get the job done when i have a craving for chinese and i cant go to my regular spot since its not close to work. LOL

I enjoyed my firecracker chicken, my chow mein and my broccoli beef… But, if you encounter a woman named Joy, take your money and run to the Galleria to get your Panda fix. I’ve NEVER experienced such rudeness. I was in such a hurry to leave(before I snapped and b***h-slapped her) that I didn’t realize she gave me the wrong change. Never have I experienced such rudeness from someone in customer service in my entire life!

Second time going here. Don’t go early in the morning. They have nothing prepared at opening, so you’ll have to wait at least fifteen minutes to get anything. When you get it, it won’t be hot or tasty. Dry and luke warm. Second time during afternoon rush was good. Hot food, tasty for panda. Took fifteen minutes in line, only three people working the food and register. Needs more staff during peak lunch hours.

I don’t do panda express anymore. I have been to several other PE’s and have had to throw my food away because I think it tastes like poo. BUT… my 2 year old and my wife like them. This particular store is very clean and organized. And it seems as though they are friendly to the customers. I find it odd giving a place I don’t like an OK rating but 2⁄3 family members say it’s grubbin’ so I’ll trust them.

One of the better panda’s in my opinion. Friendly service and gave me extra of something else when they ran out of my first choice. As far as fast food Chinese goes, this is probably my favorite.

What you see is what you get! Real quick bite to eat. Decent for the price but may give you a tummy ache later. Take it for what it is, Chinese fast food. If you want something better, go pay more!

This isn’t usually a problem, but when I went in the other day, the lady behind the counter clearly didn’t understand what I was asking. I asked for a to-go plate(which she brought out) and a box of chow mein on the side. When she put away the to-go box for the plate, I said I wanted that as well, but then she put away the box for the chow mein and took the to-go box out. I repeated again that I wanted both: the box for the separate chow mein and the box for the plate. She held them both up and I said«Yes, I want both of them» but they she put the box for the chow mein back under the counter. I’m pretty sure I just said«NO, I WANTBOTHOFTHEM, DON’T PUTTHATBOXAWAY», but I said it kind of loudly so another employee came over and asked what was wrong(there was a long line behind me by this point). I told this employee and when she explained it to the other lady, she acted like she understood clearly and took both boxes out. Anyway, I asked for the Firecracker Chicken and the Black Pepper Chicken, but they gave me mostly peppers and onions and less Firecracker Chicken and then they gave me more celery and onions than Black Pepper Chicken. When I asked to have more chicken and less veggies for both items, the employee(the first one I dealt with) only poured more sauce on top. I asked for some pot sticker sauce and when they told me I didn’t order any pot stickers, I said I knew that and wanted some anyway. She repeated that I didn’t order pot stickers and when I told her for the second time that I was aware of this, she proceeded to ring up my total without giving me the pot sticker sauce. When I asked if it was even possible to get the sauce even though I didn’t order the pot stickers, she said«yes». I pretty much gave up by this point because it was obvious that they couldn’t understand a word I said.
