Party City of Roseville

Came in here tonight to get a very specific line of first birthday goodies! I found almost everything I was looking for. The manager Miguel price matched their online price for me on an item, they also had a great attitude with my kids and is even though we made them stay almost 20 minutes late.
The cashier was Ocean, who seemed to be still in register training (at least for discounts and coupons), as a manager I applaud Miguel for how he trained her. Even though they were closing late he was still very patient with Ocean. They also made sure we had the best deal, and helped us use our coupons.

I’ve been meaning to write this review.
I stopped in here the last week of November, and preordered a balloon order that would be ready to pick up on December 2^nd of a Christmas party I was throwing.
I ordered two green star shaped, and three red round. I also ordered the helium that lasts longer.
My husband went to pick them up (30 mins after the said pickup time.) and had to wait for them to finish. Then, they were out of the two star shaped ones I had ordered, so gave me round ones in their place. Of course, they didn’t pay me back the money … The ones I ended up with where cheaper than the ones I payed for. So, my balloon bouquet that was supposed to be two green big stars, and three small red rounds ended up being four small red rounds, and one small green round. Why pre order if they won’t have it? Or on time for that matter? And, I’m assuming they didn’t use the stronger helium I payed for, because they were on the floor 6 hours later. I’ll go to Dollar Tree from now on.
They do, though, have these awesome recyclable trash cans, that were amazing for the party. I got three of them, and as soon as they were full I just tied them up and toss them in the trashcan outside. They were definitely an awesome thing to have with all the people throwing trash and bottles away at the same time.

I came here once again for my daughter’s 5^th birthday. I should have known how rude the new staff is i asked for balloons and they said they couldn’t blow me any because they were busy and had to wait til tomorrow. I was standing at the cash register for about 5mins before they decided to cash me out. They need to work on their people skills suck. :/

I’ve come to this location on various occasions & today was no exception. Went in looking for a Father’s Day card, & surprisingly, they didn’t have ANY! This location is the worst for greeting cards. I MUCH more prefer the Arden location for their humongous selection of greeting cards, but that being out of my way when heading home from work, I decided to cross my fingers. So, I walked in then walked right back out after perusing the card section for a few minutes (that’s all it took to look at all they had to offer), deciding that I HAD to write this review to express my distain for the card selection here. Will be going to Target next door to find a card.
This store isn’t as large as the Arden store but the other items they have seem to be just as good.

Called today looking to see if they had a costume in stock. I didn’t want to drive all they way from Land park to Roseville for nothing. Anyhow, a lady answered (wish I could remember her name :-()I asked, by any chance do you have the adult guardians of the galaxy costume? She replied «we are too busy to look to see if we have anything in stock, you can come and check for yourself. «I just said yeah, no. Anyhow, I called the one in folsom and they helped me with no problem. When I got there they were busy as well. So Roseville really, what happened. I guess Roseville didn’t need my money but thanks to Folsom.

This place is amazing with a wonderful selection of base party celebratory supplies and trendy items.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and directed me to finding kid’s themed party supplies and bachelorette supplies.

Yo. This place’s selection of candy is better than like when you’d open that glass bowl at your grandmas house. And it’s not stale like that either. Anyway, this store is great, the people that work there are lovely and so nice.

I needed a few items here in this store, and the color I needed was not available in stock. The lady at the register was very kind and helpful, but could not tell me when the item was going to be back in stock, so she advised I call everyday to find out. They have a pretty good selection of baking supplies, but very pricey. I will have to continue my hunt at other supply stores to find what I need.

I found everything I needed online, printed out my list and headed to the store, which keep in mind is an hour away from home. They had absolutely NOTHING in the store that their website said they did. I was looking for cupcake themed first birthday… anything! We left with plain pink and purple plates, forks and napkins… :(We asked the staff if they had anything cupcake themed and they looked at us like we were aliens. ‘Ugh. WTF ever… nevermind,’ is what I thought to myself. Needless to say, I will not be back for any reason.

They have a great selection of summer party goods, all half off!
Full sized Tiki torches are $ 1.50! That’s insanity.
For every kind of party theme, they have something. It’s a chain party store, but with friendly service, great sales and a wide selection you will likely find what you are looking for!

For as many folks that always seem to be working there … it sure always feels like mass chaos. I think balloons are a rip-​off here. The staff, though very nice … It was just a mess and so stressful to even be in this store and I have had this feeling multiple times. This last time has jolted me into being better prepared for my daughter’s birthday in every party-​city related category. I bought a unicorn piñata for my daughter’s birthday, came home and noticed it was the window model and all bleached out. Nice Party City, nice … I really appreciate your top notch clASS.

It’s what it is, a chain party store… I’ve come here a handful of times over the years for balloons, knick-​knacks, a Halloween costume.
Last time it was just for a bouncy ball, etc. I actually was greeted by a few employees which was nice, the genuinely asked if I needed help finding anything. Cool.
Sometimes the cashiers can be slow but that’s not often.
It’s really well stocked with all kinds of themed junk, especially birthdays.

I’m a fan. They have some good costumes and party items/​ideas. Their employees are friendly.
