Just visited this location on July 24. After waiting 15 minutes for the appointment due to misplaced contacts, they were found. This was after a major dispute between two employees. Made for a very awkward visit.

I love this place. I came here yesterday for an eye exam and to purchase new glasses. Julie the optician is probably THE nicest lady I have ever met! She was so helpful and kind. She helped me pick out new frames with patience and friendliness. I never felt rushed. I was there a long time! They have so many nice choices for ladies glasses.
Dr. Watson is such a lovely eye doctor. I had a great experience and I love my new contacts and I can’t wait to pick up my new glasses!
I also love them because they have nice restrooms AND a baby changing table. Lenscrafters did not have any restrooms for customers and no place to change a baby. This really makes a huge difference. I will be coming here from now on for all my eye-​care needs! Thank you Pearle Vision for being awesome.

Great customer service!
I have sometimes tried to go to Vision World located a floor above, lured in by the cheaper frame prices, but I always end up back here. I always get so frustrated by the apathy at VW and little knowledge. The eye exam prices are better at PV as well. Stay away from VW and go here!
