I absolutely love this place! I completely lucked out by getting sent here due to a Workmen’s Comp. related injury. They have phenomenal customer service & will make any adjustments to fit you in appointment wise! Dr. Lesley is extremely understanding & caring, she’ll go’s the extra mile to make sure you get the right treatment you deserve! I wish I could give them 10 stars because 5 isn’t nearly enough.
I highly recommend them! It’s hard to find a great team whom has your best interest at heart nowadays.

After 4 doctors (all who wanted to just medicate), three chiropractors, and one physical therapist, I finally have answers about my shoulder problem that I’ve had for 4 years now. I learned more about my issue in one visit than I did going to all those other medical professionals. It’s a long road to recovery, but at least now I know that I’m headed in the right direction. Everyone at this facility always has a smile on their face and takes the time to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of.

I recently went to performance Physical Therapy for my knee, The people at this location are wonderful. The staff is very accomodating, everyone has an extensive background of knowlege of the body and how to treat ailments.
I injured my knee at work and started physical therapy here. Aubrey is a wonderful therapist (highly recommend her).
I am not completely better, Found out I had a torn meniscus and I am in the works for surgery.
WHen I have to recover and go to a physical therapist I am definitely coming here.

In February I was feeling completely alone and in more shoulder pain than I care to remember. My first appointment at PPT was like the healing automatically started as i entered the front door. Kayla the rock, the Boss, — the person in charge of all that is good, greeted me. My exercises and stretching schedules were outlined for me and after a workout I met Dr. McCoy. The injury and surgery were explained to me and the Doctor outlined a normal healing time frame.
Having been to several Doctors in my life for a plethora of injuries I felt an instant trust and bond with Dr. McCoy. We all feel a vulnerability associated with being ill.
Doctor-​patient relationships need for interpersonal trust to develop quickly for rehabilitation services to click.
I am also very fortunate to have Dr. Tennant aiding with my healing process. Her encouragement and therapy skills have definitely been a great asset in my healing process.
The entire crew seems to have a very high quality in caring, and create a motivating environment .

I am absolutely thrilled with the professionalism of the doctor & the staff members at both the Rancho Cordova location & the Antelope office. Dr. Mark McCoy is a healer and really is in touch (literally) with his patients needs. He is a professional and his staff members are just incredible! They give individualized treatment to every patient. I have received treatments ranging from an injury I had for years (neck & shoulder pain) to post traumatic injuries such as falling and a car accident. Mark has a wonderful, compassionate personality & I am very impressed with his leadership. It really shows in his staff. They are all professional while remaining friendly. They all display a wonderful sense of humor. I highly recommend Performance Physical Therapy. Bravissimo, Mark!

I had nagging injury for a few years and spent time and money on unsuccessful physical therapy. Needless to say, I wish I would have seen Mark sooner!
Mark was able to recognize the issues and provide effective treatments. He takes the time to listen and genuinely cares about your health.
The entire staff is exceptional. They take time and care of each patient in a friendly, knowledgeable manner. I highly recommend Performance Physical Therapy.

After many «accidents» I would not be where I am today without the help of Performance Physical Therapy & Dr. McCoy and his AMAZING staff. I can’t say enough about them! I recommend them to everyone I know, and you will too!
