When our son was visiting family in Roseville, his permanent retainer behind his top teeth came off. His orthodontist’s office said that it should be put back on so that his teeth wouldn’t move. I called Dr. Worth’s office and they fit my son in right away. After seeing his teeth, Dr. Worth said that the retainer didn’t need to be put on again immediately due to further orthodontic work being needed in the future (due to still having baby teeth, empty spaces, etc.). He kindly offered to call my son’s orthodontist to discuss the situation with him. They then agreed that nothing needed to be done until our son returned from his vacation.
I really appreciated them fitting my son in for an appointment right away as well as Dr. Worth’s kindness and professional assessment. He didn’t charge anything for the visit yet took time out of his day to look at our son’s mouth and to call his orthodontist. If we ever moved to Roseville, I would definitely be choosing Dr. Worth for orthodontic treatment.

I have been going to Dr. Worth since I was seven or eight years old, and I never once had a bad experience in or relating to his office. He is an incredible orthodontist who cares very much for his patient’s satisfaction with their service and their well being. The entire staff in Dr. Worth’s office is wonderful. They maintain a very professional atmosphere, particularly in the front of the office, and are very efficient. They are incredibly accommodating of any and all issues one may have regarding insurance, scheduling, etc. I regularly went to the office for years between fixing an overbite, going through the braces process, and then retainers, and the staff made a very touching effort to get to know me. It was a very personable environment, and they even remembered details about my life that I told them months or years earlier. They made the dreaded braces tightening procedures almost fun despite the natural discomfort of having braces, and definitely catered toward children’s orthodontic care. Dr. Worth was extremely kind as well, and is clearly both passionate and extremely skilled in what he does. Also, I got my braces off perfectly on schedule, in two years with completely straight teeth. Even going back now as my little brother goes through the same process, I like to say hi to all of the receptionists and staff members, who still ask how I’m doing. I would (and do) absolutely recommend Dr. Worth to anyone looking for an orthodontist!

Dr. Worth is an incredible orthodontist and is passionate about what he does. The quality is there and the practice is always professional & kind. I have had tmj issues and have started doing splint therapy. If anyone ever asks I always refer to him!

Simply rude and I sensed racial undertones. I made a phone call to this office to book an appointment for my son who is currently under going orthodontia treatment. This office is close to my work and son’s school so I thought it would be a good fit. I asked her if they specialized in children’s orthodontic care and her answer made me feel ask if I asked a dumb question. The receptionist Laura was rude and condescending. Her first question to me was «Now what insurance do you have?» So rude, I think I have the means to pay you. She asked for my mailing address, I gave it to her and her response «You do know this is the Roseville location that you called, right?» I think I’m competent enough to know where I’m calling. She asked for my email address which is a combination of mine and my husband’s first names, her unnecessary comment was «Well after I got ALL of that information.» Her comments were catty and underhanded and completely overall unnecessary. She was NOT helpful at all. She is the voice of this business and she made an awful first impression. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
