I purchased watches for my sons birthday. They were very helpful and showed me several different watches in the price range I was looking at. The girl working also talked to me about another watch I had purchased for someone else and was very helpful. Great customer service I’ll definitely be going back for future purchases of watches.

Horrible woman named LAURA, the manager, who was attempting to hit on passer byer shoppers in the Galleria, did not fix my watch but charged me regardless for less than ten minutes of her time. She is a scammer and took apart my watch and left it in pieces to which I can no longer even attempt to have it PROFESSIONALLY taken care of. She charged me $ 20 after I left my watch with her for ten minutes of her precious time to which she did not even tell me before I left what the fees were or if there would be any type of charge. She would not give me my watch back unless I paid her $ 20 and she didn’t do anything but take it apart and shove pieces of my watch into a plastic bag. I asked her if she had any type of education and she responded, «I just watch people and fell into the business.» She fell into the business flat on her face as she has horrible customer service and screwed up a very expensive watch. I would not even rate her one star, but a triple 000

Went to get my Luminox watch cleaned in July ’09. While there, a woman named Laura told me the crystal was scratched and recommended I get it changed for $ 10. Without thinking, I agreed. We met family at the mall and my brother reminded me that my watch has a sapphire crystal. That means it shouldn’t scratch and costs about $ 200 to replace. Decided to run back to the kiosk and make sure they didn’t replace my expensive crystal. Laura was gone, but the girl who was there said it was already replaced and cleaned. She was nice enough to go through the replaced crystals and pull out my sapphire crystal. Sure enough, there was no scratch on it. I took my watch and crystal, paid and left. Then I discovered the date wasn’t lining up correctly in the date«window». It showed the bottom half of one number and the top of the next. When I tried to line it up correctly, I discovered the date would not move at all. So while she«cleaned» my watch, she broke the date function. I took the watch back. Showed them the problem. Laura was back. Told her about the $ 10 crystal for the $ 200 one. No one apologized, but they said they’d have it fixed and call me. In September I went back and it still wasn’t fixed. Many fake, weird and interesting reasons for it – but no watch. I complained about the crystal. To make a tediously long story shorter: watch and crystal went back to the the place where they fix the watches. At the end of Sept ’09(two days ago), I called the place where they fix watches to see when I could get my watch. They said they got it a week ago, and the crystal was not with the watch, but they were ordering me a new one. They just ordered the crystal, so it would take time for it to get there. So, took it in to get cleaned in July, and here in October, I still don’t have my watch in working order. And I’m not sure what kind of crystal it will have on it. If you have a nice watch, I would be very wary about taking it here.
