One of my favorite milk tea places in the area. Jasmine tea was perfect and not too sweet.

My friend and I were walking around the mall, and we were feeling peckish. Lo & behold, we passed by the new Quickly’s that replaced the Cinnabon there. The cashier appeared to be a young woman who didn’t look like she wanted to be there at all. I don’t know her story(maybe she had a bad day, maybe she failed a test or maybe she had a life crisis, who knows!!?), but she seemed disgruntled and had confused looks as she repeated what she said or repeated what we said. I ordered popcorn chicken, and my friend ordered a regular black tea with boba. There was an older woman as well who came out to start cooking and preparing the foods. I gave them a point cause it was a good portion of popcorn chicken(lots of pieces in a small paper bag), and it tasted like it was made there, not just frozen or refried from previous days. They’re gonna need a lot of marketing to get their sales up. And more pleasant workers– it would improve the experience!

I’m just going to give them two stars for the fact that they didn’t have any boba left, and after I asked for water, they couldn’t give me any for free, it was 50 cents. The woman at the cash register seemed a little rude because she made no apologies to any of the inconveniences. Every other quickly I’ve been to, I’ve never had that problem. Would be better off at tapioca express…

I felt like a cantaloupe kind of day so i got myself 1 cantaloupe milk tea with regular boba. Their boba is ONPOINT like always(why i prefer Quickly over any other bubble tea place) BUT i don’t recommend cantaloupe milk tea… i shouldn’t gotten cantaloupe slush haha but whatevs. I got my brother’s friends drinks too and i got to try strawberry slush. IT’S SOOOYUMMY and REFRESHING. Totally getting that one next time.

I’m a big guy on customer service, and this shop didn’t deliver well. I ordered an x-large

Love this place! Their boba is perfectly cooked and their Thai tea is excellent. The staff is always friendly and even remember your order if you come at least once a week :).

Just ok. I’m so glad there is one of these in the Galleria now, don’t get me wrong. Just what I need. A new place to stop and get my junkie fix. Bottom line though, the drinks taste too fake for my liking. Passion Fruit Tea tasted nothing like it, the Boba were way too chewy, and there were mysterious floaties in the bottom that tasted sour. Customer service is where its’ at. It’s still decent, just lacking compared to other Quickly locales. Also, I understand a mall stand makes for a limited selection, but they didn’t even have popcorn chicken when my friend and I stopped by. If it’s on the menu, it should be available. Period. Or at least slap a sticker on the sign saying HEYPEOPLEWEDON’T HAVETHISRIGHTNOW, OURBAD. Meh…

We love visiting Quickly!!! I spent my high school years living in Asia and this definitely takes me back. It’s my favorite boba tea joint in the area. The service is fast and friendly, and drinks are well priced. We make a stop every time we’re in Roseville, even if we aren’t going to the mall. I recommend taro with tapioca, taro-almond with tapioca, passion fruit green tea with tapioca, and kiwi green tea with lychee jelly.

I love the fact that their small size is pretty big! But this taro milk tea tastes off! Just didn’t tasted right. Flavors were too fake

I love boba, and I love Quickly. I’m from San Francisco, so I was very excited to see that these shops are making their way up here. Our mouths were watering in anticipation and finally the store opened. My friend and I went down there to try it out. I noticed an immediate language barrier between the cashier and myself, which I’m very used to, but I’ve noticed some people find it off-putting. The boba was just ok. There was a consistency issue, I could tell it wasn’t cooked all the way. Maybe they’ve gotten their footing since then, but because there is one in Folsom, I have no reason to go here anymore because that one is way better. I might stop by here if I’m shopping, but my expectations aren’t very high anymore.

I’m so excited there’s a new Quickly spot here and it’s in Roseville! I’m usually hesitant when I go to a Quicklys cause the ones I’ve been to have had poor service and I have bad experiences. But so far, this place is good & clean! Many places also have an overwhelmingly amount of choices on the menu board, but I just stick to a regular milk tea or a jasmine milk tea because those are pretty safe for me. So far, I’ve tried the jasmine milk tea, cantaloupe snow, and matcha milk tea and they’re all good in my opinion. I’m also really happy because this place also carries small boba than the regular size, and i preferably like to add this to my drinks. Not all boba spots carry small boba, so it’s nice to know this place does.(: It’s inside the Galleria mall near Sears. It’s a nice place and good location. ^_^

I’ve always enjoyed going here because the food and quality are fast, good, and cheap! But this time, I’m disappointed to say that my trip didn’t turn out so well and here’s why. Although my order was right, there was only one person ahead of me and they received their food within five minutes. While I was waiting for my food, I got my drinks within five minutes but I also ordered some popcorn chicken. My order was given to two other people that came 20 minutes after I did, which meant the people working there didn’t get to MY order until half an hour later. 30 minutes for something other people received in 5? That’s quite disappointing if you ask me. Next time I advise them not to get orders mixed up and serve others who first come to first be served.

At first when they opened the jasmine milk tea was on point, but now the taste is so funky the cream or whatever they put in it was curdled so I knew it was old and not fresh. The calamari can be good, I just feel the stores inconsistency is what will do them in.

Stay away! I was so excited when this opened. I ordered a lychee snow and popcorn chicken. It was expensive compared to the Quickly’s in downtown Sacramento. About $ 11 – 12 for that. WHAT?! I think all items at this location inside Galleria are priced about 20−25% higher than usual. The drink was good. The chicken was not the best. I saw them making it and it was just thrown into a convection oven for 10 mins. The service was bad. The woman who was taking my order was not very nice. It also took about 15 minutes to receive my order, even though there was no one else ahead of me. Overall, nothing good to say about this location.

I’m was so excited they had open one here. I had the mango icy drink with rainbow jelly. It was yummy! However, I was disappointed about the popcorn chicken. it tasted ok but it had a foam like texture when you chew it. Didn’t taste like the usual popcorn chicken that I always had at other places.

I feel at home. finally! Living in So Cal we had boba shops on every block! Quickly made the same drink that I used to order all the time. It tasted just the same! Honey dew and Coconut snow!

I was pretty excited that they’re going to be opening a quicklys here at Roseville(yay another boba place), I’ve ordered a Thai milk tea and a green tea matcha and I was honestly disappointed I had to switch drinks with my friend and neither one of them tasted great… It basically tasted like powdered flavored milk. After finishing our drinks it was quite difficult walking around the mall, had to sit down a couple of times. My stomach did not feel right and I was so close to puking at H&M. It was such a disappointment since it did not taste like any other quicklys from the Bay Area. I highly prefer Tapioca Express which Is just down the street from the galleria. I love boba and milk tea so much. but quicklys in Roseville is a no.

Was waiting for this to open. Nice to see more boba type places in Roseville. I don’t normally order the slushy type drinks so I can’t give a review on that. The reg and jasmine milk tea was great and I’ll definitely order them again. We also had the calamari which was great too. Will def be back

Taro milk tea was good. Popcorn chicken was good too… I added a little chilli and it was yummy! They don’t have any sauce for the chicken… at least I didn’t see any… I didn’t ask. Service was ok… kinda slow for their name«quickly»! Lol! Minus 1 star for that. They give mall discounts on certain drinks and food. :)

Oh! They’re finally open?! I must try! I’ve been anxiously waiting for this establishment to open after seeing a «coming soon» sign posted in front for weeks. I wasn’t sure if they were really opened at the time of my visit since there weren’t customers in line or anyone to be seen behind the counter! But as soon as I walk up, a young lady comes from the back and happily greets me. After skimming through their menu board, I asked her if they carry durian drinks here & she tells me «No, I never heard of that before.»(Hmm, really?!) Anyway, I ended up ordering a honeydew snow with added rainbow jelly. I was expecting instant gratification at first sip… but unfortunately I was ungratefully dissatisfied. I realized this place uses only powder in their drinks(was hoping for at least some fruit!) which was displayed behind the glass window. I’m not sure if the girl over measured the amount of powder to be used or didn’t blend my drink well enough because it came out to be CHALKY. The powdery taste was definitely over-powering and I couldn’t really taste the honeydew flavor; I ended up throwing out my drink after a few sips in. They have a fairly big drink menu selection along with a few finger food items. I’ll probably come back here next time and try their popcorn chicken & a different flavored drink. Hopefully I’ll have a better experience the next time around!
