Quiznos

The workers aren’t very friendly. Only reason I go is for the food because it’s so delicious. I just wish the employees were nicer.

I came in here on a quick lunch break. The men behind the counter welcomed me and asked if I needed any help deciding. I said no, it’s just been a while since I had been to a Quiznos. All I ever used to get were the Sammys… but I wanted something different.
The menu behind the counter on the wall is very hard to read… and I have pretty good vision. They could see that I was squinting, so they pointed out there was a menu on the wall to my left.
Guess I’m blind, I didn’t see it, hahaha!
I got a BBQ bacon chicken sandwich, then added spinach, and red onions. I think there was a spicy mayo and of course, bbq sauce. It was toasted and

Crunchy outside and tender & juicy on the inside.
We ate at the restaurant, which was clean, chairs set up and pushed in. Tables were nice & clean.
I’ll definitely be back!

Not bad. Acceptable sandwich. The pickle/​pepper bar was completely empty because the girls were refilling it. Had to ask them to give me a container of pickles and they looked confused. Then they realized «oh yeah, we are refilling the containers…»

If you have new workers on during lunch should have more than 2 people total working. They are trying but too new to get it done timely.

I’ve visited this location multiple times, but it’s always been during evening hours. So far, it’s all been a positive experience. They’ve always been stocked and staffed properly, and always prepared to take my order. The lobby has (usually) been clean. There’s been a small language barrier with some of the staff, but nothing big. The food has always been good — thankfully.

My husband and I went to this Quiznos for lunch a few days ago. The owner was making the sandwiches and he put very little meat and sauces. Very chincy. I told him 3 times no lettuce and no onions. He kept asking me what I wanted on my sandwich! I couldn’t understand him because he has a very thick accent! I kept saying whatever comes on the sandwich except lettuce and onions! He and the guy at the register were just plain RUDE! The place was filthy! Won’t go back to this Quiznos location!

This is perhaps the WORST SERVICE I have ever received! I was overcharged by $ 70! (Realized it a week later!) I also believe the customer before me was charged twice — he received 2 charge receipts with 2 different amounts & no one could explain why. He left saying he would work it out with his bank. When I returned to get credit for my account — there was no apology and the amount of my $ 7 sandwich was backed out of the refund. I explained that I had spoken to a manager discussing that since I had to physically return to the store & they had my money for over a week that they should credit my sandwich order. They not only refused but then accused me that it was «my fault» for not returning earlier. Then proceeded to tell me that they «don’t need customers like you». The (general manager?) refused to give me his name and continued to yell at me (in which his wife joined in) in the middle of the store. I
If a sandwich is worth being over charged, disrespected & verbally assaulted — then eat at this place! Yes people make mistakes — but as good business owners & customer service you (at minimum) apologize & make it right!
HORRIBLE — I hope they lose enough business to get shut down.

My experience was great, friendly courteous people, the food was better than Subway or Togos. My personal favorite is the angus beef and I have them drench it in the sauce, then go to the sauce bar to dip like Au jus (terribly indulgent huh?). I have had Quiznos for 8 years and they still have fresher ingredients that are healthier than the other sandwich shops. Great job!

Came here when I was in a big hurry to make it to an appointment. I called in my order when I was only 5 minutes away and when I showed up it was ready! Super quick, convenient and SO good! I had one of their grilled pita sandwiches. I will definitely be coming back to try more things. Everyone that helped me was super friendly. They even sent my cookie through the toaster upon request… so good. I typically frequent Subway but noticed their sandwiches are only about a $ 1 difference and Quiznos tasted much more fresh.
I was in and out of there in about 30 seconds, very accommodating for being in a rush.

This place is very hit or miss. Few times its been pretty good but several times I’ve ended up not eating my sandwich. Several times they have been out of the sauces at their pepper bar. I told the employee and she just said, «yea I know»
I’ll spend my money somewhere else.

I’ve never been to a Quizno’s before, but after today I think I’ll stick with Subway.
I had their new Lobster Salad Sandwich, and it was pretty much how I expected it to be. One glop of lobster flavored mayonnaise on top of more mayonnaise. They asked if I wanted lettuce and tomato (which I said yes to) and after I opened it up they had stuck in onions too. Out of the small, medium, and large sizes, I ordered a small just by itself (no sides or drink) and it was over $ 6. I could have gone to Subway and gotten a 6″ for $ 4 and it would have been better. Quizno’s must toast everything because the guy making my sandwich threw it on the conveyer belt before I could ask for it not to be toasted.

Frequent this place on my lunch breaks.
Their chipotle chicken sammies are really good.
They have a fabulous «choose two» menu with several sandwiches, soups, an sammies to choose from. Most are pretty low in calories also.
The employees are really nice and they work really fast.

Honestly, the place has gone down since the new management took over. The Manager should just work in starbucks cause she is there more than managing quiznos. The team members are great but I believe that Quiznos should focus more on selling franchises to people who are really going to give the company a good name.
