The lady at the front desk, I do not recall what her name is, she was extremely rude, and very unprofessional I honestly have no idea have she still works there or has a job in general with the way she treats people. This place lacks communication and good employees. I DO NOT recommend anyone go to this place EVER!!!

I will definitely not recommend this place. The staff are rude and unprofessional. I waited for one hour waiting for the doctor and no one came in to check on me or tell me that the doctor is running super late.

I agree with the other 1 star reviewers. I was 8 months pregnant and I had an impacted wisdom tooth that had to be pulled. He gave me local anesthesia and it was «supposed» to be numb and I wasn’t «supposed» to feel anything. I felt every bit of pain and when I started crying while he was pulling he told me «Oh it doesn’t hurt.»
How could he tell me the level of pain that I’m feeling??! After he was done my whole body was shaking from the excruciating pain that ol’ Butcher Gowans put me through. Now I know what you are thinking. «Who gets their tooth pulled being 8 months pregnant?» My Obgyn cleared me and I had to get it pulled because of the amount of pain I was already in from it being impacted it was causing complications with my pregnancy. I had been dealing with it for 1 month already and I couldn’t take anymore! I did expect to feel a little bit of the pull and the tug, I had not expected the pain to be soo great though. The trauma that my body went through afterwards was definitely not worth it.
His staff didn’t even give the after care instructions to me. I had to google and call the next couple of days, The staff is not friendly they have really bad attitudes and I WILL NOT be returning. It’s a shame because he was recommended to me from family. This experience was just too terrible for me to give him a second chance.

This son-​of-​a-​bitch is a goddamned butcher! You would be better off to trust a veterinarian to pull your teeth. He refused to stop the procedure against my will as I was screaming in agony. He held onto my tooth with pliers saying that he wouldn’t stop even though I had told him to stop.
He does not respect patient’s rights and the law.

His office is in an unimpressive, sort of dumpy block of old buildings. Be glad for this, as swank offices just add to the cost of fixing your teeth, and out of date magazines read just the same everywhere.
So it’s not the flashiest place ever, and definitely not as swank as the first office I went to that was doing Botox injections and such as a side business. But he is a great oral surgeon, I’ve been very happy with him, and after calling around his rates are BY FAR the most reasonable I’ve found for a cash patient– Dr. Botox wanted more than three times as much money for a very simple extraction.
Also, when other Oral Surgeons (after telling Dr. Botox to pound sand I called around) insisted on putting me under to extract one tooth (which I did not want due to the greater cost and for the nastier recovery and higher risks vs. a local) he was totally willing to remove one of my lower wisdom teeth under a local, which was very fast and healed up just fine.
In terms of personality, he’s great, and took time to answer my questions, even weird ones like what the material he uses for stitches is made of, and when I had a little bit of a panic attack or something from the gas (my heart raced a little) he was very reassuring and cracked a little joke to help me laugh it off.
Do be advised that his office hours are kind of weird, he works short hours Wednesday and not at all on Friday, or something like that. The details are on his answering machine
I’ve since sent other family members to him when they need oral surgery, and they’ve all had very good experiences as well.
