Rosevile Endocrinology

Dr. Upadhyay has moved to a new location, but has kept his rude and incompetent staff. It is a terrible place, and after two visits, they decided to stop accepting Blue Shield insurance. There are no other endocrinologists that I have been able to find in Roseville, but it will be worth going farther to find someone with a competent, pleasant office staff. :(

Totally agree with the other Unilocaler’s review. Receptionist was super rude and wouldn’t take me as a patient because they’re supposedly contracted to only take certain types of insurance even though that’s not stated on their website. The office manager said they recently moved to a new office and hadn’t had a chance to update it yet — even though the site does have their new address and contact number, which is how I was able to contact them. Also not sure how their financial policy would change just because they moved to a new location? Very rude and not patient focused at all.

The first thing I was told after giving them my insurance name was, «We DON’T take Obama care!» I was thinking, WTF? Why would you automatically assume that I have Obama care. Then I thought, what is wrong with Obama care? She was so keen on getting rid of me because she thought that I had sub-​par insurance. She didn’t even bother to ask whether or not my insurance was from a company health insurance. She then lecture me on how the insurance companies put their information on their website. I don’t need her to give me this extraneous information that doesn’t have anything to do with me. All I wanted was for her to look up my insurance company information to see if I qualify. I did not need the attitude or rude tone nor did I appreciate it.
