Brought a watch that I have had for while now to fast fix. I had hit the face of the watch on a concrete pillar, leaving a crater the size of a dime on the watch… they had quota me a fair price to replace face so I went forward and proceeded. Got a call 2 days later saying it was ready. Got there and watch face looked immaculate and they charged me less then quoted. Awesome service, awesome staff will definitely be back.

We brought four items in for repair, three watches and a bracelet. Two of the watches needed repair (not working) and the the third needed a repair to the stainless mesh bracelet. Ali is genuine watchmaker so our repairs probably did not present him much of a challenge. That being said he repaired everything perfectly and quickly. The bill was less than I thought it would be and each repair was explained. Ali is pleasant and professional and I highly recommend his services for any repair job, large or small!

Ali is the best watch repairman! He fixed my Breitling watch and is most helpful explaining the extent of repairs needed. Ali is very honest and so polite. I called the company and I would have had to mail it and cost me more. I would recommend anyone with any jewelry or watch needs to see him. Ali has my vote of confidence! I’ve always had watch repairs/​batteries done at Sunrise Mall Sears. Didn’t feel like driving all the way there, so went to the watch repair kiosk in Galleria. There was only a chubby dark haired girl working. I walked up, looked at her. In her eye, I could see that she glanced at me & said nothing, just kept working on a watch. Basically ignored me. I said nothing, just walked away. RUDE RUDE RUDE.
Went to the Sears, they have a watch repair inside the store! Gave him my watch, he changed the battery. He was so nice, he even cleaned the watch & set the date & time, which was no easy feat since the button is so hard to turn. It was only $ 20. to replace the battery.
I highly recommend this business for any watch repair or jewelry repair needs. The man who runs this business really knows how to give great customer svc. His little shop is on the 2nd floor inside Sears in Galleria at Roseville.
