I am not thrilled with their customer service, the owner’s lack of organization, and the constant needing of them moving around my son’s schedule. After my child had been moved around a lot, and we had bought a package of lessons, they insisted that we must start paying for more lessons when our lesson plan wasn’t even finished for several months. I am tired of being toyed with and pushed around. Not very professional, yet what they had to offer was great. Plus, we attended one of their«camps», and the girl(I think her name was Kassy) was very mean to the children while behind the scenes away from parents, rude and thought her poop didn’t stink basicaly. I a very displeased at my child having to witness and experience such negative emotion from an instructor with something that is suppose to be very uplifting and exciting for children. I don’t are that she was on a tv show with a poor showing. She’s not that great anyway, and a dime a dozen. Not a fan of SingInc’s treatment. If they had kinder instructors, camp directors, and better customer service then their business would be much better and an inviting place foryoungsters. I would take my money elsewhere.

Unprofessional and a complete lack of the ability to simply get it together. Double standards teacher/student, contracted agreements only apply to the students and not the teachers, the prep crew for performances was ALWAYS late,(1 ½ hours late to an away performance), we were promised 50 ish shows(performances) and had about half of that. I could go on…

EXTREMELYUNPROFESSIONAL! I Attended vocal lessons for about a month and how to cancel due to my Mother being diagnosed with breast cancer for the 2nd time. In order to cancel I had to agree to their cancellation form, which I DIDNOTAGREETO and left comments saying so but in order to submit it you had to check the boxes. I never signed a contract with them nor did I ever verbally agree to one. Their cancellation policy is harsh and no joke! If I knew about their policy I would of never attended. I’m copying and pasting the following emails that have been exchanged so people can see first hand how unprofessional Sing Inc. really is! p.s I was never notified by mail. Cancellation policy was never explained to me. And the lessons always seemed rushed! September 17, 2014 Robin Reddoch RE: PASTDUEBALANCE, MEMBERSHIPTERMINATION and INTENTTOSUE Dear Robin, We have attempted to notify you by phone, email and mail to inform you of your past due balance with SINGINC. Currently, your balance is $ 370.00 for unpaid July and August tuition. This amount includes 1NSF fees As we have not, either, heard from you regarding this matter or were unable to reach an amicable agreement, I am hereby notifying you that we have terminated your membership effective 8÷31÷2014 in accordance with the terms of the membership agreement you signed and will be remitting your account to small claims court October 1st, 2014. I understand you do not agree with our cancellation policy however it is explained THOROUGHLY at the the time you sign up. It is the 2nd most important thing explained to you when you sign up as a member. If you didn’t agree to it, you most certainly did not have to sign up. That policy is in place to make it easier for our coaches to predict their income month to month. Since they are contractors when you don’t pay, they don’t get paid. We are genuinely grieved that an amicable payment arrangement could not be reached as collection actions can jeopardize your credit rating. We at SINGINC respect all of our current and former members and understand that life changes can cause hardship. So our decision to escalate this account did not come lightly. Should you wish to resolve this matter prior to October 1st2014, please contact me to make payment arrangements or remit payment in full. Please note that after October 1st, 2014 court fees will also be applied to balance due. Should you have any questions regarding the past due balance amount, call 916.473.8681 ext. 7013. Steve Hayes-Fobs III Owner 916.473.8681 ext. 7013 To Accounts Receivable Sep 19 at 9:47AM First of all I never signed a contract nor did I verbally agree to one. When I spoke with someone on the phone to sign up, all they explained to me is when funds would be deducted. So if you have a signed contract by me, by all means go ahead and take me to small claims court. If I knew about your cancellation policy before attending lessons, I would of never gone through with it! Also I attended one make up class in July. (From Steve F. at Sing Inc.) Rock on. Way to look out for the coach that worked with you. Must be nice being so damn selfish. Good luck in life. Don’t worry. I’ll take take of the coach for you. Steve F To Accounts Receivable Sep 19 at 12:15PM You know, the reason why I cancelled was because my Mother was diagnosed with Breast Cancer for the second time! I’m the only one that can take her back & forth to her chemo and radiation appointments. I’m also the one who has to take care of her after her surgery when they removed her breast. But I’m so damn selfish, right?! How dare you! You have great professionalism by the way! I will not be responding to anymore of your bully emails. (From Steve F. at Sing Inc.) Don’t worry about it I took care of the bill the coach couldn’t pay because of you. Happy life. Sent from my iPhone In no way have the emails been altered. This is suppose to be a place where you’re suppose to in trust them with your children. Do the research folks!!! There a lot better places for vocal lessons that have your children’s best interest and not greed!

Beautiful Studios. Fun Environment. Experienced Staff. After searching for a vocal instructor, I stumbled across Sing, Inc. The studio is unlike anything I have trained at before. You have time with your instructor as well as an opportunity to develop your performance skills. They offer various group workshops, camps and performances. When I moved out of state, I continued my lessons(via Skype) with my instructor and I track my progress through their All Access System. They have many celebrities that come through and teach you about the industry, it is interesting to hear their success stories. Some developed at the studio. My intention was never to be part of the industry but just to step up my vocal range and strengthen it. The bonus I got was the boost in stage presence. Lots of practice with the workshops and concerts helped with my confidence level. It’s a fun, cheerful, motivating environment to learn in. Highly recommend.

Friendly owner, receptionists & instructors! Amazing full day one week camp. Everyday my daughter comes home with a huge smile on her face! Celebrity guests Jeremy crooks, Jason Brock of the X factor, Liz hill were guests at the camp. The campers had a show at Club Retro on the last day of the camp and Jessica Sanchez of American idol /glee sang a few songs from her new album. The kids had a blast!

Purchased the living social deal(sing camp Jan 12th) Dec 6th2012 part of my daughter’s Christmas present. I called Dec 26th to reserve a spot for her and Kathy on the phone told me they are all booked up and i needed to go to the Elk Grove store. I live in Roseville and i purchased the deal to be in Roseville. If your going to put your buisness on living social and you«overwhelm» yourself you need to add another class in the city you purchased the deal for. It’s a total SCAM and false advertisement. Never will i go there and i will tell others not to also. To bad my daughter really wanted to go there!!! Thanks SINGINC for false advertisement!!!
